Hey Edyth, your feelings are totally valid. A soul that feels empty or is pained is such a tough thing. One thing that I take comfort in is that in order to extract the goodness from an olive, let’s say olive oil, it first has to be crushed. Oftentimes it can feel like a giant boulder crushing your heart, but I would encourage you to seek Jesus. It may sound weird, but when He enters Your heart that boulder dissolves. I felt so isolated, and I truly was. He’s changed that, and He’s done it for many, many countless others. I hope you take encouragement from this and know there’s no condemnation whatsoever. I was doing a gratitude meditation and this came on afterwards and I immediately felt a wash of calm and peace come over me, I don’t think I’ve ever heard anything so beautifully soothing. I’m going through a divorce after 30 years with a narcissist and I’ve had a hard time letting myself cry or feel like there is anyone actually kind out there and as I’m reading the uplifting comments I am crying tears of of release and joy so thank all of you. 🙏🏻 If you’re struggling with something similar know that it gets better and you will find yourself and your place in the world again.❤

Please seek the help of a female therapist to help you navigate your way through the complex issues & emotions that arise from the damage they inflict. If you have children I’d strongly recommend they seek counseling as well. Meanwhile please don’t blame yourself for being sucked in. With the help of a good therapist you can explore ways to step into your power. Sending you love and understanding. Before one looks for love, one must first learn they are WORTHY of their own love first. I highly recommend the book “You Are A Badass” by Jen Sincero. Learning “badassery” frees one from getting stuck in victimhood. You got this. You SO deserve it. Go get it! ❤💋

I don't want to be remarkable or extraordinary, I finally have the courage to say that I want a calm and peaceful life. I don't want to compete against others nor do I want fame, statut or money. I just want peace of mind and a happy life. I have no ennemies and it took me so long to realize...
I've done so many mistakes and hurt many people that loved me by following my pride and my will to conquer, but it's over. All of this madness ends now. I going to be a calm, happy and kind person. I will have the courage to be vulnerable in front of people instead of just playing a role that it is not who I am. I don't know if anyone if will see this but it does not matters. It feels so good to just being able to say it, it's like a rebirth... I love life, I love being alive, I love myself but not in a narcissist way and again I love you all. Thank you dear strangers.
I felt like my brain was going to explode with all the thinking I knew I needed to do to make my life better, to move past my current mental pain already. I wanted to be alone because I've been drained from socialization but I wasn't recovering fast enough and I genuinely despised being human... I tried brown noise but it didn't make the feeling go away, and it wasn't stimulating enough either, my mind was still screaming for release. But this... This helps so much. I almost cried. I think I'll let myself cry if I listen for long enough. Beautiful playing, too. Reminds me a bit of Minecraft music. Thank you for the comfort today. I can finally journal now.

Thank you! Just happened upon this video after my quigong set u see I'm in therapy... I think too much. This really helps quiet the noise. In my clarity, I figured out a treatment solution for gun violence in communities: if ur playing a hand pan, then u can't be playing w/guns! This may seem trite, but in practice it's called, Replacement Theory! Wow!!!

I'm going through it right now. A lot of 'it' and it seems like something new blows up in my face each day. This music, and a lot of your other work, really helps to calm me. There is so much adversity in my life, but in these moments I can try to relax, understand that peace comes from within. I can't ignore the external factors though, as ignoring your problems does not make them go away, but instead I need to remember that external factors should not control my inner peace.
