Lovely. One of my favorite yoga videos & workouts. Very refreshing, easy to follow directions, and very calming & clear voice. Very easy & pleasant to listen to instructor. Unpleasant voices/ energy or difficulty in receiving instruction are sensitivities I tend to encounter in yoga classes. This was one the most desirable & calming yoga classes I ever experienced. Looking forward to taking more classes from this instructor in 2024. I actually felt a slow burn and a sense of accomplishment in this class.

Absolute beautiful
Its my first day doing yoga. I ate a lot yesterday and was feeling bloated while starting the yoga. 1 min into yoga I felt I should jump into cardio but I continued to test. After completing I don’t feel bloated, I feel fresh and energized.
