I didnt want to do this session when u uploaded it as I thought it was too difficult. But today I attempted it and did most of it except the crow pose (wrist injury) and a couple of others. Really enjoyed this challenging workout. Thank you

I have been following your content from last year....thank you...but i had ligament tear in my ankle last year october and now i couldnt do garland pose inprinting my whole feet (injured one)to ground....but i can do it in other feet...give me suggestions

Ofcourse you have to do all the styles of movement - cardio, strengthening, yoga, conditioning etc. This is just one style of yoga for fat burn. You have to get in a variety for your body. Also for weight loss 80% is calorie deficit (pls google about it) ❤️

Hi some of the poses are really difficult for beginners like me, please add modification of those poses along your video.
Hai :) This is an intermediate flow not a beginner. You can maybe prepare or try to get in to poses that seems physically challenging. Modifications are harder to provide for poses like crow (example). Just keep practicing your flows. You will eventually get there. Everyone has a start point ❤️

Pls read title my love. It’s for intermediate level. Always read title before attempting it. But I would recommend you trying all videos so you have a challenge and you will know where you stand with new learnings :)

You can do modified plank by keeping one foot in front.
U will get there. Instead of doing the exact asana shes doing, u can simply start by doing a basic side plank, with your knees bent. Then build it up to side plank with legs extended. And once u build the core strength and the arm strength for it, u can practice this asana, switching from plank, to side plank, and raising one leg up. It takes time, dont worry. U will get there with practice
