This was my first 45 min workout. Throughout the session, i was full of energy n was surprised when the session came to an end, i was sweating but not drained . Thank you Akshaya for curating the session so well. Also kindly mention the calories burned in each sessions so that we have an idea of how much we burned.
Most welcome love ❤️ Pilates is the best workout to be done. Calories burned depends on your body type, age, metabolism, how intense you did the moves etc. You need a watch to accurately calibrate. Each one burns differently so I can’t give a number.

i've been wanting this same thing but a trick i found to make the workouts last longer (especially the dancer workout, i love that one and do it multiple times a week), you can get up to the point right before the cool down stretches and rewind to right after warm up areas so you basically do the sets once more through and then finish with cool down.
Please post a similar video to Kickstart 2024...waiting for new vids..
