    I thought it was yoga when I tapped on the link and it was this video , I stuck with it as long as I could 25 minutes but gosh dang that was amazing you r such a great teacher!! I have a new goal and that is to finish this Pilates , workout with you , which I never thought I’d do I love yoga but this wow!! How often should I do this practice? Every day 3x aweek how often r the the other people watching this doing it?? Enquriing minds want to know 😆

      Hi, I'm happy to hear that you're having fun with pilates, me too! To answer your question, I do her workouts 5 days a week, and I don't feel sore because the stretches at the end of every video are amazing!!

    This was hard and easy at the same time. It got my heart pumping and muscles burning a little but not so much that I started sweating and it felt soothing to my muscles too.

    Mam There is stiffness in my joints and I snapped it to correct it, why does this happen ???? and how to correct it ?????(ankle, lower back, shoulder, fingers, toes, neck, knee) Happens in all these places. Please tell i'm upset! 😓
