    This works!!! I've been having abnormal uterine bleeding an year ago after which I went to the doc and was put on birth control pills which did regulate my menstrual cycle a bit, but I'd always get really painful periods. So I decided to get off it and after that my periods have become really irregular. It's been 4 ish months since I last got my period, did this for past 3 days consecutively and got my period today 😱 Thank you Akshaya❤

      From month 2 I had flatulence and menstrual disorders on 1/2/2021 I started having flatulence and on 2/5/2021 I got my period but I missed two days and at the end of 2/2 I got down on 27/2/2021 and I got a day but a month 3 The date was posted on 3/18/2021 to 3/23/2021, month 4 was posted on 4/8/2021 to 10/4/2021, month 5 was posted on 5/20/2021, month 6 was posted on 6/5/2021 again 27/ 6 / 2021 to 28 / 2021 month 7 I downloaded the date of 7 / 28 / 2021 to 30 / 7 / 2021 month 8 I forgot the month of 9 I went down the date of 9 / 5 / 2021 to 8 / 9 / 2021 the second time 27 / 6 / 2021 to 28 6 / 2021, 10 month, 10 / 16 / 202 to 10 / 18 / 2021, 11 months: 6 / 11 / 2021, but the problem is that once she came 10 days before her due date, and once she was a week late, and the blood is very, very little. Is yoga By continuing a week once or twice, will it improve my hormone regulation? I am 16 years old

    Can't thank you enough Akshaya. Not only I got my periods regular within a month, I conceived within a month also. Touchwood. I had PCOD since ages. It's a miracle to me. I only did your pcos yoga series. I never thought it will work like that. Praying for my smooth pregnancy. God bless you abundantly.

    Day1 : I did and felt do calm
    Day 2: again did with full of energy and more better.
    Day 3 : again I did but didn't get any results.
    Day 4: I did but this time for health vagina and didn't stressed about periods.
    Day 5: did and got sensation but didn't get periods.
    Day6: got my periods 🎉
    Now this exercise really helped me to widening my vagina and feel Clam.
    I want to say that I have pcos but I haven't taken any medicine. It's been 5 five months I came to know. So basically i am totally trying to be stress free and healthy diet while avoiding all tha processed and junk food.
    And including Ayurvedic stuffs like consuming seeds.... yoga.... being calm and happy.
    And I am regular with my periods along with moderate pain.
    You can manage pcos without medicine.
    Big thank you to this channel for wonderful yoga.

    I started this a month ago and I can't skip yoga even a day because of this beautiful structured yoga session. Amongst all my youtube searches, this was my fav and I will definitely keep doing.... And already it started working for my irregular periods. It's awesome!!!...     It helped me a lot my period was 2 months late but... I did this yoga in the morning and before sleeping I got my period finally. I'll keep doing all yogas for pcos. thanks a lot.

    I just did yoga for 10 days to get my period back. Due to pcos I lost my period cycle from the past 4 months. I was waiting for my period but it did not come. Then me and my husband went to the hospital for medication to get my period back. I was diagnosed with a pregnancy in a scan. I was shocked and cried. It really works. I am in my 5th month now.     Hi sis thank you so much for this yoga session , didn't get my period for 1 month due to some harmonal imbalance ,tried every method like ommam water and stuff but didn't work ,just did your asanas at the evening for 1 week and today I got my periods ,trust me it amazing and it also helps to cure my body pain too 💯 trust me it really works 🥳❤️ so happy , may god bless u sis 💯❤️

    Hi Akshaya. I am just here to tell you that your PCOS sequence really worked for me. I did your yoga Seq 1,2&3 for a week and boom my periods are here after nearly 3 months...     Suffering from pcos and pcod from past two years used to take pills to gets periods but from month of Jan 24 I started dieting and following your yoga videos used to do yoga 4times in each week and I got periods after one month I really felt good thank you mam 😊

    I got my period back after 2 days doing this yoga. i havent had my periods for three months. I got frustated and started running just for 15 mins a day, avoid refined carb, try to sleep earlier than before around 11pm, and this magic yoga, thank you

    thank you for this! just tried it and i feel so refreshed already! love that it was only 20 mins as most of the other yoga routines on youtube are 30+ and i just find it hard to fit into my schedule. hope you put out more 20min routines for hormone imbalances xo

      Congratulations! I am truly happy for you. I just got diagnosed with pcos and have thyroid (hashimotos disease). My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant and haven't gotten lucky but now I know why (pcos). So this is my first day trying this amazing channel.

    I go to gym for weightloss at evening. When I wake up at morning, body is paining. So I tried this video, I feel like someone do massage for me. It's so relaxing and pain relieving. Since I'm very beginners, after 10 days, I get into the poses correctly with good stability. Really awesome 🎉🙏

      @@soozee4893 I think this and Surya namaskar worked for me. Got my periods naturally after 4 months. Also made small lifestyle changes. Hope this helps in regularising the cycle if practiced consistently. Would definitely recommend this 👍
      Edit - did this one day and the half of the 2nd part the next day. Got my periods on the 3rd day.

    It really helps in irregular periods and hormonal imbalance. If you have any period related problems then try it. Don't go for doctors and medicines.

      @@fatimanoreen4620 I followed 80% diet ...avoided sugar, I replaced the things which I could, like jaggery instead of sugar ...just be mindfull for eating habits works for everybody....

    Akshaya....i literally have no words for you....God will be really happy😊 from u that u hv helped so many girls including me...
    I m a 14 year old girl and i hv pcos..My periods were delayed by 7 months......the doctor gave me some pills and said that you will get your periods within 2 weeks but it had been a month and i did not get my period....
    I was literally so depressed but my instinct told me to do yoga and i did this yoga for just 4 days...believe me just 4 days and this morning i had cramps and i got my period...
    M so so so so happy❤❤❤❤

    hi there.. this is my 1st class for yoga.. i am quite flexible so was able to do all asanas properly and have been taking yoga classes although m a beginner.. i have been diagnosed with complex cyst around last month.. since then started doing yoga 3 days a week and cardio classes once a week.. on my off days i wanted a routine and came across this video. practiced today and felt great.. will update on my heath soon. thanks! keep up the good work.

    I have been diagnosed with pcos back in 2020 and everytime I go for the usg my reports were always disappointing as there were cyst on the ovaries everytime
    But today I got my ultrasound done and this time there are no cyst at all
    I've been religiously following all your yoga session for pcos and it totally worked for me.
    I'm off the pills after 5 months I'm just hoping that I will get my period naturally this time as there is no cyst❤️
    This totally work.. I never thought that I'll be writing this or this will even work but all the girls and women out there this do work😭

    Thank you so much for this video. I have been practicing this yoga before my period for 3 months. I have been doing different yoga, so i had no idea which one worked the best for me, until today, i did only this one, and I didn’t keep my yoga practice recently, however my period came within 3 hours. Last month my period came just after the yoga practice. I am now very sure this is the extremely powerful effective yoga practice for PCOS that i have been looking for!!

    Finally I'm here with my result I hv been doing your pcod series part1 to 3 for almost 1.5 months regularly.. day1- part 1 day 2-part 2 like this. I hv pcod from 2 years.
    And this worked for me i got my periods naturally after 40 days. Before that I was taking pills for periods to come.. then i stopped taking pills and did your yoga series + followed some restrictions like no junk food. Thank you sooooo muchhhh n i love you the way u explained everything and your voice is so soothing.. now I'll definately follow your yoga series for 3-4 months to regulate my periods.. 😘 please do more videos for Pcod.     From the bottom of my heart thank you sooooo much for this amazing video. For past one and half years I have irregular periods. Usually I don’t get my periods for almost 100 days and world take tables to get periods. Last month found out that I have pcod and since we are trying for baby this whole situation before very stressful. I used to do mind yogi before but a week ago when I was researching about pcos I found out ur video. I did part 1,2,3,4 and today I got my periods.     Oh my god🤲🏻 i should say this. Last periods hit me literally 3 months ago. I was so frustrated thinking that it may lead to any future problems. I went to doctor. Since all was normal. Adviced exercise. I started doing yoga initially from this video. Started day before yesterday. 5 mins ago i got my periods. And this video was my lifesaver all along.     This pcos yoga is very effective . Before last month I went to doc and taken a scanning done. I doc told me I have pcos. That's why I'm not able to conceive frm last 1 yr. So from last month I started yoga for pcos some basic yoga. And today I tryed this pcos yoga part 1. I feel very light and active . This gona work I think. Thank u for this effective yoga.     I'm currently 14 years old. I had my periods when I was 11 and was about to reach 12. I had really irregular with heavy or no flow periods. Last year I haven't had my periods for 4 months and I gained a lot of weight as well those past years. I did this yoga challenge for a week and vola I got them.. This yoga challenge really helped me regulate my periods and I lost a lot of weight as well. I'm doing yoga every single day. Doctor gave me medication for hormonal imbalance, to some extent it helped but it was not for the long run. If anyone out there with the same problem.. I hope you get yourself back on track. Don't worry this process takes time. It did in my case but I'm glad I was able to reach this far. THANK YOU A TON!! 🌼🤧🤧

    Did this one for two days consequtively ..the first day was really hard so i only continued till first ten mins (i had come across this after doing a back fat reduction exercise vdo for 11mins was just curious about it after seeing the recommendation) the next day i decided to give it another try without doing any other exercises and completed it ..
    i got my period the very next day and it was actually 8days early whereas sometimes i dont get my period till i take medication to induce it even then it is very painful.. will definitely try to keep doing it .. glad to have found this.. i am also gonna try the other ones in this series🥺 thanks!!
    One question though, can u continue doing this during periods or should i skip that week? Also are there any instructions to follow before doing this? Like Keep an empty stomach or do it during a fixed time of the day and stuff?

      I also missed my periods for 2 months and this is my second time doing this yoga poses and I started seeing spotting the first day and yesterday after I did them had some bad cramps and spoting again. I hope this works so I get my period normally this month.
