You have to switch up videos everyday.. 👍🏻 Go to my community tab and follow my Jan calendar workout for a spaced out routine with different forms of workouts 🌟

You should switch your form of workouts. Just doing yoga would not be interesting. In order to change your fitness routine and see good results - Mix it up. It beats boredom and you will work on various fitness components. If you want a guided routine - you can follow my September Workout Calendar. The poster is on my community tab. ❤️👍🏻

@@MoveWithAgnes okay thank you. I have been doing your workout daily for three weeks now. The first 2 weeks I still ate lots of sugary stuff but from last week I ate very less sugar things and I have found out that I have lost 1 kg in last week alone.
Love her workouts...very gentle, but triggers all the problematic female areas.❤❤😂
