Had periods that lasted for a month, and my periods didn't come for a month or 2 because of PCOS. So I started changing my lifestyle. I slept as early as 10-11 pm. Then I started doing your PCOS workouts and surprisingly, my period became regular. I get periods every month unlike before. Thank you so much! You are the best! I am 17 years old and I have pcos due to which I gained a lot of weight and other diseases including hair loss increased and I was more stressed for my board exam. I don’t usually comment but I wanted to say that this is exactly what I needed. Some of these moves were refreshingly new to me. The entire workout had me sweating but I didn’t feel stressed like I have when doing other intense weight lifting workouts. I hope to incorporate this into my weekly practice.

Thank u so much for your beautiful and effective exercises..i'm suffering from pcod for long period of time..running,cardios , zumba didnt work much for my body..also those extreme exercises were very tiring..finally one day i stumbled upon one of your vedios & from that day im following only your exercises...they are very relaxing,& also your soothing voice calms my mind.. thanks a lot Akshaya!!

hi maam i have pcos and and i don't even go the gym. would this yoga session everyday would be enough for my hormones to be kept balanced? I’m usually trying my best to complete 10k steps too so 10k steps + doing this session, would it be enough to convert my pcos? Thankyou in advance
I actually tried her videos, I too have pcos, I used to do her work out, yoga or pilates according to my mood and energy for almost 1 and a half month, now my period came after some 36 days(my cycle usually last for 120 days) I am still continuing the work out, so I hope this can definitely make a positive impact, may not be a fast one, so let's hope for the best
