The radar cross section of a Raptor is still smaller than the F-35. It’s even a little less than the F-117. The F-35 has a very small RCS but the Raptors is even smaller. Currently the B2 Bomber has the smallest RCS followed closely by the F-22 then the F-117 then the F-35. That doesn’t mean the F35 is any worse of a plane. Its RCS is tiny and it would have to be flying within 20 miles of the most advanced radar to show up. The B21 Raider is going to be the best though.

Abrams crews have been in combat & training since 1980. Russian T-14 Crews probably don't exist. Which leaves at best a T-90 to go head to head with a trained Abrams crew and good luck with that. So far Russia has lost almost 3000 Tank Crews and thousands of another armored crews in less than 2 years an no time since then to train new crews much less full combat training. Putin has done an incredibly good job destroying there entire armored arsenal without the US firing one shot or launching one A-10. Lucky for the World Putin is in charge of its armed forces.
