western creators instead of blaming fans for not liking female leads in their media should write their characters properly like literally frieren and apothecary diaries have taken over new gen animes and guess what both of them have female leads and are written properly

I think it was rushed because as they wait for content for S6 they can animate other BSD content like Beast or Storm-bringer or even the light novels like Dazais entrance exam. Its my speculation and I could be wrong but it would give the audience a breather from the chaos that's currently ongoing in the BSD universe. Its also something people would like to see, a BEAST production is definitely something I would watch since the story is an interesting concept despite also being fast paced.

Well i don't think Konosuba is down right bad... but i needed several attempts to finish it cause it went kinda boring quite early cause every joke kinda felt the same.. Aqua always stupid.. Kasuma always Pantie stealing.. Darkness always Masochist... there is like almost no Dynamic... well atleast i enjoyed Megumin even tho i hate her for ruining every Explosion in any Media cause i will always have a little Megumin on my Shoulder shouting EXPLOOOSION in my ear -.- But i can say that personally... since i finished Konosuba and starting with Fairy Tail now i enjoy this one quite a bit more

I do agree though, all that cut content could have really been used to benefit the pacing for the series… especially when the source is a monthly manga! It doesn’t benefit to rush through precious material, but I’m still happy with it (as long as I watch the anime first, then read the manga, other way and it’d be a slightly different story-)

top 3 worst adaptations of potential for a LN

I really like the anime. I tried reading the novel because everyone said it was so much better, and honestly, I could not get behind it. I'm not trying to say it was bad or anything. But I kind of really like how the mc is portrayed in the anime, so reading him as much more emotive, and also appearing a bit less cunning/psycho, It just didn't seem like the same story. And again, the novel might be better, I tried reading it because I wanted more of anime-Ayanokoji, so I didn't give it an honest chance when I didn't instantly enjoy the novel-Ayanokoji.

I really liked anime and because of it i started reading LN, and damn, this was actually one of the best expiriences in my life, i was obessed with it. But after i readed it all, i look at COTE anime and its just so bad compared to the LN, but im still grateful for introduction to this masterpiece LN.

when they announced a season 2 and 3 with the same team behind season 1. a lot of people where kinda shocked, since season changed a lot from the light novel, and if i remember corectly the author was not happy with the changes (same thing happend with High School DxD season 3, that is why season 4 of that show was at a new studio and a new team)

I liked COTE but since Takuya was expelled it wasn't as good as before(in my opinion). I hope it will change. And for those who think to read manga instead of LN. Do not do it. Manga is terrible.

Something I think is especially neat about Maomao is that she actually is a character who is built around her gender, but not in a lazy hack way. You can't gender swap her without radically rewriting the story. She has to be a girl in a society where being a girl is pretty bullshit, because it's the only thing that lets her get away with half the shit she does.
