Attack on Titan Season 3 Part 1 caught me off guard as it focused heavily on the power struggle going on within the confines of the walls. I knew an uprising was bound to happen due to how much tension had been created between the different factions of power within the walls but I didn't expect to get such a well done arc that focused on an uprising. I was kinda expecting more of a joint collaborative effort after the major reveals of Reiner and Bertholdt from last season, but having everyone squabble over the right course of action with their own agendas in mind was super well written and realistic as well. My mind was blown even more learning the secrets behind the Titans within the walls and the role the Reiss family played. I never imagined Historia having such a major role in the story and I'm really pleased with her development so far.
