    I did my first unassisted Asian squat today! I started these exercises from this video 6 weeks ago along with new diet and exercise program. I’m a mother with grown kids who has been so out of shape for 17 years. This morning when I went to do these exercises which are part of my routine, I felt like I might be able to go all the way down! I was still holding on to our fire hydrant but was able to go all the way down and stay there without pain! Then I thought I wonder if I can do without assistance? So I let go of the fire hydrant and did the whole thing down and up without pain! It’s like all of a sudden I noticed the muscles I needed were there and working (Always Think Muscles ATM)! I started this plan to help me with my caregiving job. I was embarrassed that every time I needed to lift my patient’s legs or help them dress or put on their shoes, or pick anything up, I would have to bend over instead of squat down. I am so overjoyed today! I keep showing my family what I can do! Also, I still have plenty of weight to lose, but I can do an Asian squat!

    Thank you.i had 2 pages of exercise that my specialist dr.gave me. I was diagnosed with lower back arthritis and there was no pain reliever that she is going to prescribed me except those 2 pqges of exercise morning and night before going to bed.i did it and it helps a bit but still there were days that i cant walk properly in other words im limping .last night while on break qt work I was looking on CZcams about why my muscles in my knees hurt a lot and it pop up your video and I tried.geezzz I was shocked coz I feel loosen on my knees although I was struggle to stretch it back ward on the 2nd exercise buy it helps a lot.today is my second exercise and I feel a lot better than the past weeks.Thank you so much and I shared it to my family back home about this exercise and hope it help them too.Thank uou once again...

    I went several years without surfing, then moved back to HI and got back into it. Most times I would get a cramp running behind my knee and down through my calf when paddling hard to catch a wave. I tried everything I could think of, taking magnesium pills, massaging my calf in the water, keeping my legs bent. I got hurt a few times and tore my retina. Several months later I got back in the water and could barely hop up. Once I forced myself up and it felt like I pulled something, very painful. I started Asian squats about a week ago. At first it killed me! Now I’m able to squat and get back up without screaming too loud 🤪. More importantly, your exercises are producing results and a roadmap to getting my knees stronger. Thanks!!

    I was going to the ER thinking stroke or heart attack tingling and numbness in my face arms hands. And pain. I felt like nobody was listening to me. One of the doctors told me to relax and give him full trust.he popped my shoulders and put the top ribs on both sides back into place. Thar helped for a week or so.     I was diagnosed last Friday with TOS. I was also diagnosed with extreme anemia. So I'm taking iron supplements and a 1 a day vitamin. They also want me to go to physical therapy. I injured both my scapula and at work I'm making the same movements. I was nit told what type I have so hopefully I'll learn that soon. I have been researching a lot.     Hello just stumbled on ur page and watched some videos! I’m interested!!! However I wanted to ask what advice/thoughts can u give for a grade 1 spondylothesis (or something like that). In the lumbar spine. Asking cuz I don’t even know how I got this injury. All I know is it has literally changed my life!!😭😭 I am a health/PE teacher and very active and now I can’t do 1/2 of what I use to be able to do…..lever exercises, squats, lunges and others have all become difficult. I use to be a runner and can’t do that anymore cuz of the impact. I was seeing a chiropractor which was great however it wasn’t a solution. She suggested I get an MRI so got an X-ray and that’s when I found out. Now I’m getting PT and hopefully it will help but I’m wondering will this EVER get any better? I’ve done research on it but nobody discusses it. Anything? Thank u in advance.

    I heard that advice not to look up... Actually neck movements are triggering my family, they get angry when I stretch my neck in their presence. I fail miserably at suggesting and motivating them to join in to my wonderful healing journey. How do you suggest to handle angry and resentful responses of elderly parents to exercising advice?
