I'm not using social apps at all.
Well, except for CZcams of course. I don’t understand how people are constantly on Instagram or Facebook etc.
I spend at least 4 hours per day on my phone (between CZcams, games, email, & reading some special interest message boards). I have no accts on FB, Instagram etc.
I notice that the time spent on my phone has replaced the time I used to spend watching TV shows or movies. I rarely even turn on my TV unless I want to watch CZcams on a large screen now.
All together about 2 hours for emails and checking CZcams channelss....does not include watching the tv with CZcams. I’m over 60 and watch crocheting/health related issues/and entertainment when I’m looking for stuff to relax in the evening....like a movie. Need to just keep all electronics off during the day and exercise. I JUST GET DISTRACTED WITH ALL THE FUN STUFF!!!!!!

My average time is 1 hour 16 minutes. It's the computer that I use mostly. My phone has "digital wellbeing" with app timers and focus mode and bedtime mode.

I don't spend much time on my phone. I sit infront of my desktop PC at home in the late midday/ evening. CZcams and reddit and websites.
I'm setting timers for those and I'm blocking some websites.
I am on my phone too much. But i seldom watch t.v.. However, I'm going through right now and clearing out a lot of apps and subscriptions I don't need! 👍 i plan to spend much less time on here!
