I named my son Conchobhar. It's said Con-cho-vah. The central "ch" is as in "Loch". It's an ancient Gaelic name. We call him Conor for short, and he's good with that. My husband hated the name, but when I said we'd call him Conor for short, he accepted that. My reason for naming him that, was that my husband was a Scottish Highlander and in Gaelic Con cho Bhar literally means "Mind like a Hill Fort". It turns out he's very, very clever and has complex but very well reasoned ideas, so his mind is, in fact, very much like an ancient Scottish hill fort! But Kym... whatever her name is? In Aboriginal languages, this means "Boomerang" and I think this one's going to fly back and hit Momma, one day...

I'm childfree, but my sister is having issues breastfeeding, so she's doing bottles now. She wasn't told what type of bottles/nipples to use. Why would you want a nipple that the entirety can entire the baby's mouth?

For my first, the Dr RAN down the hall just in time to catch him. For my second, the nurse wouldn’t listen to me when I told her pitocin doesn’t help me. I have a sensitivity to ALL drugs. She kept raising it because it was “procedure with an induction”. I BEGGED her not to. She had to come back in and lower it because my daughter was “in distress”. I asked a different nurse for pain relief. She gave me something in my IV but said it would only last 15 min. I said I don’t need that long. My daughter was born non responsive & blue less than 2 min later. I just knew she had to come out b/c the pitocin was hindering us. She’s now a healthy and sassy 14Y. 😁

Wish I had this tip with my youngest. Purely breast fed because she refused a bottle. So glad those days are behind me though lol. I miss her being small, but I don’t miss the pains of breast feeding 😅

I tired to tell my distracted doctor the baby was coming and my baby was half out stuck in the cord and blue . Two months in the NICU and she was ok .

My baby had comotomo nipples and it never messed with his ability to breastfeed. He just loves to eat it doesn't matter what it is.

Wait, the one that looks like a nipple...is the bad one?

I did not poop 💩 or fart 💨, however I vomit 🤮 a lot. Somehow that also help me with pushing the baby out. So vomiting was very recommended and encouraged during my labor.

I’m 34 weeks and 2 days. I’ve been extremely tired, like extreme!!! Has anyone else experienced this?

My labor people told me not to yell because it would scare the baby It was super late in the emergency room I think they just wanted me to shut up because I was disturbing the other patients I yelled anyway I mean I was it some pain y'all Note this was not in the U.S

That's funny because when my son was a baby he would only use the green one. We tried so many others, not specifically the one that you have in the video, but many similar to that. Lol.
