    I waited to comment until I was FULLY no longer constipated. 20 days PP as of today. First urge to poo was around 4 or 5 days PP. I can’t even begin to tell you how I don’t want to ever be pregnant/delivering again BECAUSE OF THE POOOOOO!!!!! As of today, after 15 days and many poop sessions, I am no longer constipated.

    Induction on Monday, so I guess I can expect my postpartum poop in a week.😅
    I've been watching all of your videos. You have been a godsend! I haven't been getting much information otherwise. Having my first baby at 39 is scary, so I'm extremely grateful for all of your imperative information!💙

      Hi, I’m 38 with my first baby, how was the induction? They mentioned in one medical office I may have one, how many weeks were you?

    Thank you for all your education! I didn’t have the best sex ed and my knowledge of pregnancy through recovery has all been from you and other moms. This has been so great for me to know what to except in the future.

    I wish i found this 16 months ago cause I thought i was DYING! THE PAIN oh my God it was horrible! After an entire pregnancy and epidural for labor..... My pudendal nerve was on fire and my whole first week pp i was in agony I can honestly say L&D was cake for me compared to the pp poo I had to use breathing exercises and eventually was admitted because no one told me that all that was wrong was my nerves were agitated and i needed to poo through it literally. I had to dig into my old nerd out text books to finally put everything together. I swear i wasn't having any more children after that it was traumatizing. If you have nerve pain in your bum ladies PLS take her advice it will save you the most agonizing pain you could imagine. It make it bearable with some cold water and on the face and legs in the air.

    Who knows I might never have kids. But still normalize health education from qualified people. Possibly if I know I can help out any relative or friend struggling with these things.

    I watched another clip about the post-partum poop from a gastro specialist and they recommended that 2 hours after vaginal birth or surgery (I.e C section), mamas should chew sugar-free gum.
    The production of saliva when you chewing starts the process of peristalsis which is the natural contraction of muscles that align our entire gastrotract (from mouth to anus)... so everything gets stimulated to start moving again.
    Plus the sugar-free ingredient will more likely be "Sorbitol" which is also a type of laxative.
    Please double check this information but it's what I heard from another video.

    Is it normal to have rectum pain after pooping for 4-5 hours? I'm 2 months pp and no stool softener is working

      Like you go poop and then your bum continues to hurt?

    • @maryama7831
      @maryama7831 Před měsícem

      Yes, i had pain not only in the poop hole but also in the rectum continues for 4 hours. I used to cry the whole time. Nothing seems to work at that time, no tube, no gel, no med, no home remedies. It went away on its own. It lasted for 8 months pp. Now alhamdulillah I'm fine@@mamanursetina
