I have been doing this from childhood when I go to toilet because we can effort western toilet . But I didn't see any benefit. Thought it's apart of everyone lifestyle before I saw this video .
I have pain in shoulders, does it work with neck only?
Throw some kettlebells in to make it 💯
I caught myself recently squating while beeing with friends in park. They even told so many times "stop doing it, cops will find us suspicious" - but I rather squat then sitting where bumps and drunk ppl took a piss or whatever. Sadly, the time friends told me that was cuz was totally wasted by good weed... But I am a sports guy afterall. I trained since I was 14. But not after my 22. However, I maintain my "training" body shape for even now (37) and would need just about 2 weeks to have that backward triangle appereance. Im disgusted from this very small stomach I have. However, I often squat in house, while looking some movie or similar, like body itself is aksing from me to do it. Never disregard those small signals coming from the body. However, YOU CANT spend some time in squat, NOT feeling the pain in muscles or tenticles or... He meant some other pain. Muscle pain is regular thing.
Thankyou . I’m a ship janitor and I walk 16 miles a day and my ankles are in constant pain . These excercises can help strengthen and eliminate that pain . Thankyou
Nice!
Mate squats dont heal the body, neither do cold showers, carnivore diets or any other new age nonsense, stop talking crap.
What would be the version of this for hip flexors?
Who else saw the discgolf basket in the yard? Lets goooo!!🤪👏😆😊
look at the Asian communities/countries...not only that, i read that asian countries had lower prostate cancer because they squat when going #2...modern toilets do not allow you to do that...who knows?
Thanks nice video
excellent video!
this is what ive needed for a long time in just thought (any type of moment was leaving gains behind but i see clearer now the rain is gone)
When I was young this would be a walk in the park. 55 now I break my legs. Menopause ruin my muscles bone density. Never thought this would happen being so strong. Maybe was all that use of my muscles as a young girl. People thought I was so strong and looked so amazing. I just think I over used my muscles that's why I have it so bad. Know woman who never done things like this. They seem more healthier than me. Sad 😢
Started training calisthenics in January. I already noticed more flexibility in my shoulders and I’m deeper in my squats. More controlled and stable movement. I’m excited to see the advancement and I already feel so connected to my body. This was the best investment.
We used to tripod headstand into a handstand then roll forward and tuck into a jump-&that was top level baseball training not even parkour or gymnastics. Loved playing multiple sports and keeping it dynamic. This mans right. I always change up what im doing to keep it loose and athletic. FUNCTIONAL strength and mobility. Same reason i tell my kids to move their feet and simulate scenarios when warming up in baseball
Love your instructions and your down to earth attitude !❤❤
you sujlk
Why doesn't anyone ever mention the most important part of this, which is to flex the quadriceps during the movement? Without it thehamstrings do not stretch properly
This is probably the healthier way to workout in every front but the awkwardness is a struggle
I wish I could be this limber. I am totally stiff in the hips😩
Im ready to take this seriously, thankyou for taking the time to do this for us whom can appreciate your help.
These are ridiculous. Only 1 in a 100 people would even have the flexibility to do these and I am sure that they all weigh a buck and a quarter also.
My hip joints are made of concrete...
strangely enough at 50 yrs old i can do squats alot easier barefoot then in shoes. I also have a hell of a time keeping my back exactly straight
Mmmm... That looks like it feels nice😂
Funny to mention swimmers as an example of „great shoulder mobility and mechanics“ since the most common injuries in swimming are… wait for it.. shoulder injuries🤦🏻
Gym Squats under heavy load = stupid and you will pay 20 years later. Squats as a stretch workout = OK. but low IQ exempt.
I'm Indian in my late 30s, and in India the squatting position was extremely common in earlier times. People used it to do a lot of activities on the floor (cooking, cleaning, prep work, etc.). It used to be the only way to pee and poop in earlier times, and it still is the only way in most rural areas and places that are not westernized. But now with the advent of the western style commode it's becoming less and less, and also urbanized life gives fewer reasons to need to squat. Even I had nearly stopped squatting. Recently I started having lower back pain sometimes even from lying in bed. Instinctively, my body told me to squat, and it's a miracle how it instantly relieves lower back pain. The hip is put in a relaxed collapsed position and the lower back also straightens out and carries no load, so it's relieved. If the human body wasn't made for deep squatting, people wouldn't be doing it for thousands of years.
Great video just be careful with minimalist shoes can be bad for you walking on concrete all day. If u where the use them in grass
At 48, I’m in the best shape of my life. Discovered kettlebell/bodyweight training years ago and mix with yoga routines on the side. The point is to be functional and comfortable at the same time. Love it compared to my exercise routine of my younger years which consisted primarily of cardio and traditional strength training.
thanks for this wonderfull information . I really appreciate it .
He's just...majestic to look at...those eyes 😵💫
yes, opend up a little. Thanks my man!
I will do it! Thanks;
I like the approach of my program I'm using, there's lower body PNF stretching in between upper body strength sets. It's optional for having a active break. And a overall warmup followed by specific mobility to prepare the body to not get injured.
I'm down to try
Did you actually just say opener? More open!
"Have you tried swinging?" Actually bro I don't think I'm ready for this kind of relationship, maybe a hug first to feel it out... ......maybe drinks or something nice on the bea... *"I MEAN ON THE BAR!!!"*
Thank you so much for this! I used to do gymnastics but ever since my shoulder dislocations i have anxiety to Hang on the Bars. This gives me a lot of Hope:)
The primal mocements are actually solid
Thank you!!!
I used to. But got so out of shape and overweight 😔 it's very depressing
So take your life back mate! Lose the weight! You can do it! I believe in you!
I have Right THR surgery (Total Hip Replacement) done in the year 2012 and my left hip joint is also damaged but with no surgery, I am trying to manage with one surgery the L THR, is it advisable to do this exercise for me? Please recommend..
Beautiful 👏
These are all things a baby can do. Why can't you? Good shit
"We're just apes on a rock in space! " Love this😊
“Makes you taller” 😂😂😂😂 nice try lads
Better than 90% of adults? Are you serious right now!? Better than 99.999% -period
