    65 years. out of action for 2 years ue to hip injury. Have chosen this to start strengthening. Love it

    Yes. Yes. Yes.This is awesome. I started going GMB elements about a year ago. This is similar and at the time I found it, perfectly placed in the next steps for many of my existing daily movement exercises. Thank you infinitely !

    The butt walk is by far my favorite! Going backwards was a big challenge though! Also, I want to note that I started this video with a lot of upper back stiffness and pain right between the shoulder blades. I ended this video feeling free, mobile and pain-free! Thank you so much! I will be continuously doing these movements from now on!

    What a fun routine. I happened to be stretching in my gymnastics club’s dance room when this video dropped so I just went along with it. Was very spontaneous and very challenging.

    Love this. These primal movement videos have helped me more than anything after years of trying to rehab after spinal cord damage/ surgery and chronic back pain. I really appreciate you putting it out there

      Wow, this is inspiring! Thank you for sharing this. I have been doing it 2x per day now for a few weeks. Excited to see where it takes me and I've already seen and felt some slight improvements but I know the consistency is what it really takes to transform our bodies from the sitting and technology ailments!

    I just tried this one for the first time and it's amazing. I was looking for a short workout that I can do easily during my work in the home office and I was bored of all the walking workouts. This is a great alternative. I'm feeling relaxed and stretched now, and at the same time I'm sweating and feel happy. So this is on my daily list from now one! Thank you so much!

    the last workout was the cherry on top!
    love how it's fundamental movements yet i've grown unaccustomed to them so this routine felt very effective. i intend to do this regularly as we head into the cold season here

    Just found you this morning, thank you so much for your motivation, skills and abilities, mental and physical to show us these moves🎉 1 year ago I had lumbar decompression spinal fusion surgery that kicks my ass and I’ve been doing all the therapy I can. but this morning I did this routine and it awakened different parts of my spine, spirit and mind. Thank you from all areas of my heart and soul.🙏✌🏼💛

    I have recently added primal moves to my X3 program. Beast, crab, bear and ape. I feel great adding these moves to my program.

    I. Love. This!!! Some of it is very difficult for me but OH SO FUN!! At 44 and never really been in shape these types of movements really speak to the 8year old me. I feel amazing after this. THANK YOU

    You inspired me to start on this. Good job! Have done your moves for about 1 week now and already feeling improvements. Like it a lot.
    Last evening i overdid it a bit i think. Got so tired i fell asleep during the moves. Went to bed and slept like a rock. Woke up and felt super hungry, which i don't normally feel in the morning.

    Learning these primal movements now - after retirment! I would have used this routine to warm up for games over my career. I guess next best is using them to warm up for life 😁 🙏🏾

    Thanks Josh. I must be picking up on your vibe as that first move I just started doing a couple of days ago! I wanted to incorporate a downward dog, but my hammies/calves are super tight. (May be trying that 30 days to touch toes challenge soon!) I've much to work on, but I'm really enjoying the new movements.
