    The best piece of equipment you’re missing from that laptop setup is a laptop riser. Brings your screen up to a proper height and will help that neck and shoulder pain you mention :)

    Since discovering strength side only a few short weeks ago I notice I've become reluctant to sit or stand without movement. Even stood at a window staring out into the distance I find myself stood with feet about a foot apart and swiveling my hips from side to side. It may not always be doing much, but movement feels good!
