    Is it okay if i stir fried the beef with sesame oil and minced garlic first then add the seaweed and the water? And i want to add shiitake mushroom is that okay too?

    Korean soybean paste stew (Doenjang-jjigae: 된장찌개 1 medium potato 1 medium onion 11 green Korean chili pepper (cheong-gochu) 4 garlic cloves, minced 4 large shrimp 2 cups chicken stock 1/2 cup beef stock 1 tsp honey sriancha seasoning 5 tablespoons soybean paste (doenjang) 6 ounces medium-firm mushrooms 2 green onions, chopped Wild Rice seasonings: celery salt, sage, thyme, parsley, oregano, diced: carrots, onion, mushrooms For the Cabbage slaw with cucumber/pickles carrots, julienned green onion, thinly sliced add 2 Tbsp Korean chili sauce, 2 Tbsp vinegar, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp oil 😈 Gochujang is made from red hot chile peppers, rice, salt, fermented soybean with alcohol, garlic, onion, corn syrup. 😈 Meat Cho-gochujang sauce: 2 TB Gochujang 2 TB soy sauce 1 TB Gochugaru(Korean chilli powder) 1TB minced garlic 1 TB oyster sauce 1 TB corn syrup 1 TB sugar 1 TB Mirin Add oil to the pan, sear pork, add vegetables and cook on low with lid.
