I am especially happy when you make vegetarian recipes. Dont change what you do. 다른 요리사들 영상에서 파인애플즙이나 쌈장, 기름장이 아닌 뭔가 생소한 소스를 쓰는 걸 봐서 망치님 영상을 보고 "찐한국인이다"라고 느꼈어요.
요리사들은 재료비 문제나 현지인 입맛 차이로 인해 현지화하는게 당연하겠지요.
현지인 입맛에 안맞더라도 망치님처럼 현지인 한식을 소개하는 분들이 많았으면 좋겠어요.

I swear chopping food perfectly is in Korean dna!! I have couple of Korean friends and when they chop veggies it’s like a real show! They do it so fast and food is chopped soooo evenly!! Meanwhile me trying to cut cheese for my toast 🔪 〰️😆
