    Actually legitimately motivated the hell out of me. I'm in my 30s and just getting into running, I do about 4-5k daily now in about 30 minutes. I thought I was way, way behind the curve, turns out all I need to do is go a little longer at the same pace. I have a new goal now, thank you😊

    but that’s really unrealistic. the force to move the shoe is nowhere near the force you’d need to feel any substantial force against your heavy, meaty leg, which would absorb and disperse the force against your weight, not into forward momentum. it’s at best a placebo effect
