im 37 lisa, and since the lockdown my running has improved a lot in march 2020 i was 70 kilos for 1 metre 72, now I'm 60- 62 kilos, i have my personal best 10 km in 43 minutes, this weekend saturday i ran 11km in 53 minutes and today 11km in 52 minutes 45, i know you are 10 years younger than me, but your videos are a good motivation thank you

Mam, yesterday i ran 4km and came back home after 2 hours my left start mild pained. And when yesterday evening i were starting running left knee pain and mild block. Now left knee nand our side knee start pain what can I do to recover this injury.
