i usually do cardio too close to bedtime and can’t fall asleep. this is super good because i can still fall asleep and it really stretches me out after tensing up after workouts. i just subscribed and am following along with some of your other workouts! thank you!

I sit for most of the day ‘cause of what I do and by the time I get home I am mentally exhausted. I eat and just about have the energy to do my simple nighttime routine. Decided to try adding a workout into that routine and came across this one... and this is THE ONE. It’s perfect - ticks every one of my checkboxes: short, simple, easy to follow, makes me feel relaxed and has no excited intro or enthusiastic voice-over. Done it a few times now and I’m going to keep coming back for sure! Good night x
yeah, those over enthusiastic voice-overs can be very annoying.
I do this after exercising in the evening. Every time I do this exercise a few hours before bed, I notice that I sleep better and wake up without feeling sore or ache-y. I did not expect it to work but after days of watching and following this, I can say that it does!!

I like how it's perfect and easy to do before bed! Most of the other workouts are on the tougher side, and it's rly difficult to do before bed. I don't have the time to do my workouts in the morning or afternoon, so I tend to do them before bed or late at night.... rly calming exercise session :)

Loved this!!! I was looking for best before bed workout.... I will be adding this to my routine...the best video that’s not too sweaty and relaxing...my bones definitely cracked and needed stretch 🤣 I think it will help with my stiffness and aches in mornings too...🙏🏾

I tried this for a week and now it's become my routine. It's already 3 weeks I did this and I lost 5kg. For the latest 2 days, I tried this by adjusting the speed to 0.5x and its really burn but I really love it. 😭

@@Lynn.nn. No I didn’t. Because I already got my ideal weight. So I just do an hour brisk walk 2-3 times a week. For diet, I just cut my sweet drinks and its already be my habit for not drinking any sweet drinks. But I did drink it 1 in 2 weeks.
My mom has been doing this video every night for over a year and she says it’s such a God-send because it has every exercise that she’s seen recommended by medical professionals. We’ve both benefited greatly from this. Thank you 🙏🏻❤

This is a pleasant workout that also slowly let's the body unwind before bed without putting too much pressure to perform intense moves or really push yourself. I liked the stretching aspects especially! My legs are always restless at night and stretching usually helps 🙏😊

I once tried this workout and i lost 2kg in a week 52kg=50kg now im 49kg but i still would like to loose a little weight (45kg it Will be still healthy for me sense im 155cm) so im going to try to do this for straight week again and weight myself again next tuesday I wont weight myself for the next week i'll uptade results after a week💗
