The fact that there is no jumping doesn't mean that the heart rate does not go up or that you don't sweat. This is great especially for when time is really an issue. Great workout!

*Edit:* I ended up doing another two 10-min workouts. That's 30minutes today! This is the habit -- just start small and once you're fired up, do more and keep going.
Just completed this, love that it's easy, requires no equipment, and takes into consideration those of us like myself, who live in an apartment and need exercises that don't cause noise to tenants below us. Ello! I will be trying this workout as a 16 year old girl who wanted to get fit! I am doing other workouts as well such as Lilly Sabri's belly fat and waist+others and see how it goes!

Day 1: It was an amazing workout I felt like jelly and im shaking but it felt really good and refreshing! It is really effective cause im sweating everywhere and my heart is racing!

Day 1 - uh tbh i can't keep up with the rhythm
Day 2 - my lower body is kinda sore, but im tryinng. Still can't keep up with the rhythm though
Day 3 - still can't keep up with the rhythm but surely my lungs get better
Day 4 - slow but surely keep up with the rhythm and i think my agility increase
Day 5 - done
Day 6 - my sweat doesnt that much and my breathe kinda hard than before
Day 7 - ugh my legs kinda sore, maybe because im more active today
Day 8 - ugh, i dont do it today, im preety busy :( but i do walk

Day 11
Day 12 - ok, have some break because my periods and were going again, kinda ran out of breath
Day 13 - keep going💪
Day 14 - my legs are BURNNNT
Day 15 - done

Day 17 - sadly don't have a time

Day 19 - didnt do it coz my legs are hurt

This one was a lot of fun! I loved how there were no rests in between,kept my heart rate up !
Love this style so much! The first few moves feel very “aerobic class” style, and the 30 sec intervals are great for getting the heart pumping! I did jumping jacks instead of the step jacks just to make it a little more intense. Thanks Maddie!!

This was great! I’ve used your videos on and off for years now and- due to an extended off while adjusting to full time office life- I’m currently the most out of shape I’ve ever been. This was great! I'm getting back into working out after a long hiatus, and this was actually something I could make it all the way through right now. I was feeling pretty defeated about not being able to do the level of workouts I could a few years ago, but this kind of workout seems like a good stepping stone to get back there :)
