    I was shocked when I got to the halfway mark, I thought that was the end. This is the longest 20 minute workout everrrrrr!!! I am guessing I'm that out of shape 🤦‍♀️ thinking of making this a weekly challenge. I made it to 16:15, I hope to make it to the end without extra brakes. Thank you 😁

    At the beginning of the workout: This is definitely an easy workout. It is without jumping!
    At the end: OMG! I want a shower !! I am sooo exhausted!!🥵😂

    When I first time did this workout I stayed lie on floor for ten minutes, and tried to catch my breath. But when I did this workout second time, it seems really easy to me. When I get to the half mark I was like: What? Already? And I haven't got any workout between my first and second time on this. It's amazing!

    Really interesting combination of exercises, not your typical low impact cardio wokout. I enjoyed how challenging this was. I did, however, find it a bit repetitive doing the same two circuits several times through, but a very efficient workout!

    I do this every hour-two hours after eating . And your bed night time one before I go to bed . And the 10 min morning workout

    I've has a foot injury and I am really annoyed that I can't do my normal workouts. However this is a really good workout for me as I recover and is a really good workout even if I wasn't injured, this is great, thank you!

    11:22 my knee dislocated. I couldn’t quite understand the motion. Other than that great workout. A total sweat. See you in one or two weeks probs.

    I made it all the way too the end only because I switched up the moves a bit . I mean I probably would have made it either way it was just getting a bit boring to me so I switched up the moves and intensified them. Still a great workout either way though. I’m just required to do a workout every day as part of my school curriculum. It’s 9th grade btw. Freshman in high school!
