    The 20 minute HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 30s and followed by 30s rest. It's a circuit of 5 exercises, repeated 4 times!
    1. Prisoner side to side squats
    2. Explosive halo slam
    3. Single leg body saw crunch
    4. Alternating knee strikes
    5. Lateral bears + kneel-to-squat
    x4 or as many rounds as you like!
    Cool down for 5-10mins with some light stretching (:

    Hey my friends! The music changes in the middle of this video for 2 minutes so that I could take out all of the adverts that the music labels inserted into my video, so that you could follow it without interruptions! That’s also why you won’t hear the countdown timers for 2 minutes but it means you get to follow without any ads! ♄

    I can’t express to you how appreciated these “no noise” home workouts are đŸ™ŒđŸŒ living in an apartment with neighbors under, I definitely try to steer clear of jumping HIIT movements so they don’t hate me 😂

    to anyone watching this who feels discouraged - natacha is in incredibly good shape! she's extremely fit and the average person won't have her level of fitness, so please don't feel discouraged if you can only do half of this or even a quarter of it. all that matters is that you're trying your best and that you're persevering :) you got this

    I am 190 I always been 145 my whole life at one point lower than that I've gained over 50 lbs in the last 4 years and now that I am engaged I am wanting more to be healthy again.

    THIS WORKS!! I®ve never been able to stick with a HIIT workout for longer than a week (especially the shouty ones), never mind see clearly defined abs (ABS!!!) within 3 weeks. I am now in my second month of doing this 3 times a week and I LOVE IT. I have no idea what I weigh, but I smile when I see my body in the mirror now and I®m buzzing for the whole day when I do this in the morning. I can®t wait to see the results after 3 months!! Thank you 😊

    If anyone is scrolling through the comments before doing the workout like I always do, I just want to let you know that IT WORKS!!!! I did this workout for the first time at the beginning of quarantine and let me tell you, my asthmatic ass was lying on the floor DYING at the end. But after incorporating 2 or 3 reps of this workout into my morning workouts once or twice a week, I can confidently say that I am SOOOO much stronger than I was before! Today I decided that I wanted to do the full workout, and I was able to complete it all the way through without feeling incredibly out of breath! Please know that YOU CAN DO THIS and that seeing progress takes time.❀❀❀

    Just stumbled on this especially with covid restrictions in Korea. Even as a military guy, this is no joke and works for cardio. No matter what shape you're in, don't be discouraged, the lady in the video kicked my ass. Do it at your own pace, take your time with learning the form and gain enjoyment from getting better over time.

    To anyone doing this, overweight or unfit or not... don’t give up. I know that it is so so hard to lose weight but the fact that you are even on this video means you’re making an effort to improve yourself and your health and that’s already a step in the right direction that many don’t take! 💖💖💖
