The 20 minute HIIT workout: each exercise is performed for 30s and followed by 30s rest. It's a circuit of 5 exercises, repeated 4 times!
1. Prisoner side to side squats
2. Explosive halo slam
3. Single leg body saw crunch
4. Alternating knee strikes
5. Lateral bears + kneel-to-squat
x4 or as many rounds as you like!
Cool down for 5-10mins with some light stretching (:

THIS WORKS!! IÂŽve never been able to stick with a HIIT workout for longer than a week (especially the shouty ones), never mind see clearly defined abs (ABS!!!) within 3 weeks. I am now in my second month of doing this 3 times a week and I LOVE IT. I have no idea what I weigh, but I smile when I see my body in the mirror now and IÂŽm buzzing for the whole day when I do this in the morning. I canÂŽt wait to see the results after 3 months!! If anyone is scrolling through the comments before doing the workout like I always do, I just want to let you know that IT WORKS!!!! I did this workout for the first time at the beginning of quarantine and let me tell you, my asthmatic ass was lying on the floor DYING at the end. But after incorporating 2 or 3 reps of this workout into my morning workouts once or twice a week, I can confidently say that I am SOOOO much stronger than I was before! Today I decided that I wanted to do the full workout, and I was able to complete it all the way through without feeling incredibly out of breath! Please know that YOU CAN DO THIS and that seeing progress takes time.â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž
Whoâs tryna get fit during quarantine
Just stumbled on this especially with covid restrictions in Korea. Even as a military guy, this is no joke and works for cardio. No matter what shape you're in, don't be discouraged, the lady in the video kicked my ass. Do it at your own pace, take your time with learning the form and gain enjoyment from getting better over time.
After months of this being my favorite HIIT workout I finished the whole video for the first time today! đ„ł love this channel
To anyone doing this, overweight or unfit or not... donât give up. I know that it is so so hard to lose weight but the fact that you are even on this video means youâre making an effort to improve yourself and your health and thatâs already a step in the right direction that many donât take! đđđ
This might sound weird but I just APPRECIATE, from the bottom of my heart, that she was not talking throughout the whole video + I like the songs she put they were enthusiastic. I hate it when in workout videos the trainer keeps talking and talking.
