    Only seeing the video now, so belatedly: Have you and your health practitioners considered running in ketosis, thus gaining energy mainly from fat storage and not needing to „refuel“ only drinking water during the race - potentially with added electrolytes to avoid depletion and cramping, but free of sugar and extra carbs. It’s arguably not the ideal form of nutrition for any fast-twitch muscle sports, but there are some examples of very successful endurance athletes doing it this way in triathlon and ultra-running. Avoiding sugar and lowering carbs as much as possible for a while over a longer training period may also help to heal some gastrointestinal problems by not feeding an undesired bacterial flora. Anyway, stay/get healthy, and good luck with your next athletic and life goals ❀

    I had to back out of my dream goal 100 mile because my body just isn't ready. I am just setting that goal on the shelf for now, where i can see it and keep an eye on it and then going to work on some body build up and see if i can get my physical heath where it needs to be. I will likely be buying some of your training sessions soon :) I have done 100 km before but i seemed to have lost where i once was.

    Hallo, what an amazing video, thank you đŸŒŒđŸŒŒđŸŒŒđŸŒŒ I startet running 2 months ago, and I wont run under 10 km pr hour, and if I am doing 3 km or 5 or what ever, I Will never ever stop before time 😆 I feel Like it is just jogging or cheating, but now I Will be better and try the zone 1 Thing. Dang I think I Will have to run super slow 😆 I have been so out of breath and blood red faced every time... đŸ„” Holy Guacamoly! Did 7 k yesterday and today, so hard...geeezzzz... Def zone 3 All training so far!!! That stops now!!!! 😅 But I really enjoy it, I am going to get really good this time around.     Might be a good idea to add in a warning in like the description or a comment about the on screen vomiting with sound. Some people have pretty damn extreme emetophobia or trauma related to vomiting, and the sound of it can be enough to induce vomiting and severe nausea in a lot of folks.
