That's awesome Natacha when did you first started doing taekwondo and how old were you?đ„đđ
@@michaelwhite1012 â haha I was last week years old, in these videos I show my first time ever trying something â€âđ„
@@natachaoceane oh I see how was it.đ
This is so inspiring! This could be an entire series of "Training With _______" where you cover all sports. You would be amazing at Rock/Sport Climbing, which is a severely underrated Olympic sport in my opinion
Totally agree with you, I'd love to do rock/Sport climbing, anyone you look up to in particular? All my love!!
@@natachaoceane Oh hey friend! I forgot to say, but thank you for uploading as always
@@susanjane4646 you're welcome Susan (: ooo ok I will check her out for sure!! Thank you for letting me know!! xxx
@@natachaoceane My housemate and I actually just went bouldering this weekend and I wound up telling her all about you and how she should follow you on CZcams! Weâve been going down a bouldering rabbit hole on the internet and Shauna Coxsey was one name that came up a good bit. Also, weâve been so floored with Sydney McLaughlinâs 400m hurdle performance recently - it would be so cool if you could do a video with her!
@@natachaoceane team GB Molly Thompson-Smith does lead climbing and also bouldering or in the USA these girls are super strong too : Brooke Raboutou, Natalia Grossman, Kyra Condie and Quinn Mason
i love every episode of "natacha being a bewilderingly incredible athlete for 20 minutes straight"
I love these videos with Olympic athletes especially for, with a lack of a better word, more obscure sports. You really get to see how good they are to reach that level
I always think it's nice to see and learn about sports that aren't promoted as much - there's so much variety it's worth exploring!! Completely agree with you too, their abilities are amazing đđđ
@@natachaoceane Would love to see karate as well! It is a shame it was at the Olympics just once - hoping one day it will be a regular event
I'd love to see more videos on Olympic " obscure " sports.
This girl IS A BEAST!!! Love how motivated and semi-scary she is lmao
Yeah sheâs a freaking badass, I love seeing her go!!!
Anastasijia is a wonderful athlete, you should see her on the day!
I think she is weird. Like she likes seeing the blood of her opponents??
The sheer speed and power of Ana's side kicks are jaw-dropping. Great, GREAT video...so much fun, so much athleticism.
yeahhhh it's unreal!! couldn't agree with you more!
I love how fast you improve with everything you try - I feel like it really shows what an insane fitness level you have overall. Thatâs so inspiring đđ»âš
you're really sweet, thanks a million Annika đ„ș I think learning to see fitness as a platform to jump into all kinds of experiences really made a huge difference for me and gave me so much confidence to try everything I can â€âđ„ I really hope you feel that way too
@@natachaoceane getting there⊠xD your content definitely helps though !
my thoughts too!
@@natachaoceane Fitness definitely is a good basis. BUT there is also some talent while others take much longer to get the techniques right at even younger age you were a fast learner and that is very helpful in any sport. And in my opinion that is a gift you either have or you do not.the details then are the hard work. Just remember how fast the other two were in that one leg raise. You got it right how to move but the speed is the type of training for the muscles they did plus some genetics because fast twitch fibres are individually different between people in amount by birth and people long thought that the slow ones cannot be converted into fast ones which was proven wrong during the pademic so this is fresh news and hope for some people.
It's so humbling to see you not be "the best" but it's really just a testament to your strength and personality that you're able to train with some of the best in the world!
haha that's really sweet đ„ș I've tried to go for sports I've never tried and don't think I'll be great at because I really hope I can share that there's nothing wrong with being bad at something and learning even if it's in front of experts, so your comment means a lot. Thank you đ„°
Your athleticism is honestly so impressive! You picked that up so quickly đ
haha you're so kind, thaaanks Chloe đ„ș I feel like I had a bit of an unfair advantage being taught by Ana tbh. I hope you're loving your workouts!!
Life has been really rough lately as I found out a few months ago that my cancer came back after 8 years, but as soon as I get the little notification saying you posted a video, I know I'm going to have a great time watching it! Thank you for being such an amazing person Natacha đ„°
Sending you hugs and courage! đ„șđ
Sending you lots of love and positivity. Hope you'll get better soon â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž
â€ïž
Everything is possible with our God. He is God Almighty and Omnipotent đ„đâ€ïžWill pray for your recovery. Everyone is going through something right now but we are in His hands. But not a hair of your head will be lost without Him knowing it. Be strong đ
Valentina â€âđ„I'm really sorry to hear that, I hope you know I and everyone here have a lot of love for you and we are all sending you hugs and our support. You're so strong and you're such an amazing person yourself. I hope you enjoy laughing at me whenever you need a smile â€âđ„
What I love most about you is that you donât hold yourself back from trying new things and you donât get embarrassed when youâre not amazing right away. Itâs something Iâm really bad at and you inspire me to work on it â€ïž
It's the same for me and I totally feel how it's getting in the way of me getting better at stuff because I'm too embarrassed to try and get discouraged quite easily if my progress is slow.
It's the same for me and I totally feel how it's getting in the way of me getting better at stuff because I'm too embarrassed to try and get discouraged quite easily if my progress is slow.
Monica đ€đ€ thatâs really kind and honestly I 100% get you because I have been there in the past and Iâve felt how much it held me back from even trying. I promise you that on the other side of that thereâs SO much fun and fulfilment and good memories so Iâm really happy youâre working on it! All my love!
It seems like you are never tired of trying something new. You prove that there are no limits and no boundaries. Everything is possible once you set your mind on it. Currently, My sister and I (we are twins) sitting at the Warsaw airport waiting for a flight to London. We are from Ukraine, managed to find very kind people who are willing to host us.
Thank you for your top-notch videos. We will never stop admiring you, your strong will and unstoppable curiosity. Say hello to Mario. You are the best đ„ By the way, your style is implacable!
hey Margaryta! wow this comment was really touching, you are so kind for everything you said and I was just about to say I hope you feel the same way about your limits and boundaries. I am really happy you have found people who are hosting you, and that you have a safe space to stay for the moment. I'm sorry for everything you and your family must have gone through. Your strength is incredible and I am hoping for so much goodness in the future â€âđ„
Itâs crazy that this was your first try, theyâre not exaggerating, you look like youâve done it before. Iâve trained around elite TKD athletes for the past 6 years and I second this! đ
Itâs so interesting seeing how training moves are/can be applied to sports like this, particularly the glute clam movement applying to the kick
I totally agree with you. I really like showing how these athletes train in S&C because I feel like it really shows how functional exercises are actually highly valuable in sport and also in life when sometimes it's not totally obvious.
The fight had me cracking up honestly lol you are so adorable đ Love watching you challenge yourself with new activities. Another great video!
ahh thank you so much Maddie!! I really tried but she's actually incredible - I can confirm she's the champion đđđ
Wow!! Ana is just amazing (itâs so humble of her to let you wear her medal and her belt) thank you so much for sharing this with us !!
I just had the biggest smile on my face when I got this notif! You always inspire me, but I think Iâll be even more inspired seeing you learn self defense â€ïž thanks for being an amazing role model!
ahh thank you Shani!! I think I need to practice some more tbh, right now it's looking quite easy to take me down đđđ
Oh my god, I think I laughed harder than I should've đđ. You're the best, Natacha!!
I honestly couldn't stop laughing when I rewatched the footage đđđ I didn't stand a chance đđ
just today I was thinking how badly I want a new video, and here it is! I really love your chemistry with the female athletes you invite in your videos. I am so fascinated by all women in sports, especially professional. I live in Ukraine, and there is currently a war here, and your videos help distract me mentally and motivate me to work out (I work out at home for a little over a month). I will look forward to your new videos, you are absolutely sweet and nice person, thank you for your channel and everything you do â€ïž
hey beautiful! wow this was such a kind, thoughtful comment. thank you. I am really lucky that so many of these insane athletes are just great people too and it's so easy to make friends with them, and it's an honour to get to share some of their behind the scenes.
more importantly, I hope you and your family are safe and healthy. I hope you know that you have so much support from around the world and that the resilience and strength you're showing is inspiring. you're incredible and thank you for everything â€âđ„
seeing the sport specific warm up/training/techniques is so cool! this series, if it can be called that, is amazing, makes you appreciate the hard work and athleticism of everyone included even more.
also "it's just a nose, you don't kick with it" đł
I love it! As a Korean, I am so proud of you(ëê° ì ë§ ìëì€ëŹì), Natacha! Your ë°ì°šêž°(kicks), êž°í©(vocal) are perfect! Your shoulders look so strong and straight up. I just want to say that you inspire me to become stronger, and you with the Taekwondo is a signal to me to work harder! I had a PAO (Periacetabular Osteotomy) and femoral correction surgery due to hip dysplasia exactly 1 year ago. It was more difficult than I expected to recover, and I am still recovering. I can now run with a slow pace. I know that you also had to stop training for a year due to back injury, but hey, Your RESILIENCE just SHINES! I hope I can become stronger, even stronger than before like you, so that I can hike 7,000 meter (Mt. Lenin, for example). Please keep exploring, I will support you and get motivated by you! Loves, Su
I'm a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu competitor but when I started I was sooo awful, for like months, years even maybe. I would really love to see you try BJJ , I'm pretty sure you would be surprisingly great and you would put us all to shame. You have such a positive attitude and you never give up, I would love to see you try out my sport. Btw, I've used your training guides multiple times in my strength training routine (mostly cut) to prepare for competitions. Love your work and your channel, you always cheer me up!đđđ
Yes! Gracie Jiu-Jitsu/Gracie Barra!
I dream of being as well-rounded as Natacha! Literally so genuine and talented! Sheâs proof dedication and passion gets you places
Quite literally THE best health and fitness youtuber out there. You are so great at everything you do and have helped me immensely. I used to over eat every single day. I'm still on my weightloss and health journey but you've made things easier for me by sharing factual information so I don't have to guess what is the correct way to lose weight or exercise. You're amazing I really appreciate how genuine you are
Wow that intro was a kick in the face... hehehe. So glad you had fun! And it's just what I needed. I've got what I needed from weight lifting and now I'm really looking to find more freedom in my body, moving it in new ways, espcecially ways I can use in real life
I'm so glad to hear that Michaela, have you got any thoughts on what you'd like to try?! I'm rooting for you all the way!! All my love! xxx
@@natachaoceane im making time to try fun things - I just found a place near me that does actual swordfighting with armor. How crazy is that! gym is just twice a week now, prioritizing calisthenics. And now I have more time to run again (and sprint, my fav), along with flexibility (while watching tv, one of your suggestions!). Thanks for keeping it fresh, from this to just new moves in a workoutđ. It rubs off on us!
I loved this video, Natacha! A different style to your usual videos but still amazing as always. I would love to see more videos of you training with Olympic athletes :) your vibe is so radiant throughout the entire video :)
I LOVE those kinda videos of you trying different sports and training with different athletes! Everything about you, your energy and the people you choose to introduce us to is so inspiring. Keep it up Natacha
Every time I see a new video of yours it makes my day.
I couldnât possibly express how much youâve impacted my life, I used to be consumed by trying to be âhealthyâ by being incredibly restrictive.
Now Iâve just finished my daily proper (ie safe and moderate) training for my second 10k, Iâm making pancakes and settling down to watch this.
Couldnât imagine Iâd be comfortable eating pancakes and not running to the point of exhaustion, but here we are đ
hey Skye (: I'm super proud of you for where you've come to! It takes a lot of work getting to this place from where you were but you made that happen for yourself and I hope you give yourself the credit for that every day (: It's dinner time here for me and now I\m craving pancakes tbh đđđ All my love!! xx
This actually made me cry. You two are incredible rolemodels. Making movement about fun, friendship, confidence and so much more. Makes my inner young girl's heart sing.
I absolutely LOVED this video! I trained in taekwondo for the majority of my life and this is the type of population I hope to target with my physical therapist assistant degree. So neat to see you guys train together, Ana is so genuine you can just tell.
I hope you get the opportunity to keep training with more incredible athletes, it's so fun and inspiring to watch! This sport is so cool and I will definitely be following it at the next olympics!
This is incredibly inspiring! and I canât say enough good things about you and your channel tbh. I love these videos of watching you try something new, meeting incredible athletes, us getting to learn more about a sport and how dedicated and amazing these athletes are! Bloody awesome đ
I love that you do these. It can be intimidating to see you training and thinking you are just naturally amazing at everything, and clearly all of your training makes you more capable of doing these cross training sessions, but seeing you struggle some, makes me remember that it ALL takes a ton of hard work, and natural ability is a tiny portion of success. So thank you for being willing to not look like an expert at everything and laughing at yourself. You are truly inspiring!
I love this so much. Thank you for taking us along and showing these amazing behind the scenes training moments with all kinds of different athletes. It was so awesome to watch Ana and you together!
Seriously, your joy for learning and growing is contagious Natacha. Itâs so clear in the glow of everyone around you how much care you take in how you present the sport. Youâre so respectful and so inevitably you earn their respect in this way. I love this episode â€
You are so bubbly, so much fun to watch, and you make everything look like a great time! I seriously appreciate your videos showing powerful female athletes and trying out their sports, especially since it shows young girls around the world more sport options they can pursue and some of what it includes. You are really inspiring to me and I always have a smile plastered on my face while I watch your content đ thank you for the joy you brought me today!
Thanks for the high quality mini documentary with the Olympic Champion :)
I learned a lot especially in the training session, you and ana discussed about the trade-off between musle mass and speed/agility. Definitely solved the mystery of not-so-toned look of martial art pratitioners.
This was such a cool episode. Ana seems so humble and badass simultaneously. Love how you got to know each other a bit and how good the questions you asked were. Maybe you could meet with other athletes and just kinda vibe with them like you did here in the future, like a series. Oh and itâs gotta be said: Anaâs kick is higher than my self-esteem đ Really impressive!
Your videos are so inspiring Natacha! I love watching you try new things and go outside of your comfort zone! You are so motivating girl! đđȘđ»đ
Thank you Natacha for making this video for us who mostly know a little to this sport! It is such a delight to see you go interacting and introducing how different sports are trained and their relative gym sessions are like. Your videos are just too motivating and nice to watch, my mood literally improved by watching these during the dooming workday. Support and so glad you are happy now!!â€
I love these videos so much. Natacha youâre always coming through with the quality content. Lots of love! đ
Everything about you and your videos either put a smile on my face or makes me bawl my eyes out. I love your energy and your approach to life and challenges! This was such a great video!!
You, Natasha, are a walking bundle of joy and your energy is contagious
Your content is so fun, entertaining and informative at the same time! You're one of my favourite CZcamsrs, I've been following you for years and you never disappoint: you're always so genuine and creative, i love your approach to fitness and food (also because it helped me with my anorexia). I really can't put into words how much I wish to meet you to give you a huge hug and to thank you for all you're done for me without even knowing it. Thank you Natacha, you're such a gift and a good energy! Love ya đ„șđ„șâ€ïž
These videos training with Olympic medalists have been so fun! You're someone who I consider SO fit so it's wild to see how well trained these Athletes are (and they've been such lovely people to get to know!)
your videos are always so inspiring, Natacha! I tend to stick to the same old, same old with my training but your videos remind me that itâs just as important to have fun and PLAY đ
play time is always the best time!! Or the most fun at least but those core gym moves make their way into every athletes programme too so you're mostly there!! (: xxxx
I love this kind of content, seeing you train with different athletes and finding the differences and similarities in you trainings is charming. Also, i love the attitude everyone has in this video, it was legit so fun to watch!
Hi Natacha! Is this going to be a series cause I am loving this! Ana and Nevinâs videos were so original and so much fun to watch! Please do more of this itâs brilliant!
Love this series. It's so wonderful how you show fitness in all its lovely forms.
I love the editing. Also last time I watched this video I hadn't done Taekwondo but now watching this again, I've been doing it for 2 months and it's pretty cool seeing that we use similar drills to this video.
It is so much fun watching you do something new and be a beginner at something! I feel like itâs so east to look at these picturesque fitness influencers and think theyâre amazing at everything always, so itâs inspiring to watch your curiosity and growth!
Nothing in the world can change how much I love your videos ! I am watching your videos probably since 2018 and not gonna lie⊠I am sooo proud and inspired of how you developed over the years. Thank you so much for this incredible content!!!đ

Hi Natacha! It's so cool to see how you're training with these amazing athletes and how they're sharing so much with you! Also the way you easily pick up those techniques; so impressive! Keep up the amazing videos :)
hey beautiful! that's so sweet, thank you so much for saying! đ I guess I kinda have some cheat codes in learning from the best, so I give them a lot of the credit!! I hope your workouts are making you really happy and full of confidence! big hugs Sarahâ€âđ„â€âđ„

I absolutely looooove your content!! Can't wait to see your next video †you're so inspiring!
I love these videos! You are so respectful to each of the sports you try and the vids are informative and fun
Oh my, up until now I admired your approach of the body, the mind/spirit and knowledge. You inspired me and pointed me the way back to the gym. But this taekwondo adventure, as a former martial artist (karate) made me absolutely adore you! You jumped into this in such high spirit with an unerasable smile and take instructions so well. I saw a lot of beginners in several areas but you are the best I encountered (although digital). More of these please đ
This is such a great, high quality, inspiring video. More of this please!! đ I also live how naturally talented and athletic Natacha is at pretty much everything she tries. What a dream!!
Lovely video as always!! It's amazing how humble and hard working the olympians are! Really inspiring!
honestly I've noticed such a pattern that the people who tend to be the record breakers and world champions are the most humble of the athletes I meet and really have an amazing perspective. instead of arrogance which might come from doing ridiculous things, there's a deep love for the sport and for wanting to be a part of something bigger and it's so inspiring đ
Thanks for these vids, insanely inspirational, interesting, educational... And you never fail to bring a smile to my face! đ
Yess looks so much fun! You are (or just look) literally good at anything hahaha. I was already hoping for a new video yesterday, this made my day â€ïžâ€ïž
I legitimately have to force the big teethy smile from my face because my jaw starts aching on a regular basis when watching your videos, Natacha. You just are a bliss and I am so grateful for you.
Hell yeah! So cool to see you take on these challenges. And challenging your own capabilities! It is very inspiring.
This was SO MUCH FUN to watch!! I love that you continue to show yourself trying things out that you're not an expert in (though of course it's intimidating that you're so diversely athletic)... God now I can't wait to try something new and trust the strength I have rather than skip it because I'll be "bad" at it!
Loved this video - yours videos are always informative but also so much fun!
This video was so fun to watch! Thank you for the great content you continue to give every time!!
That's soo cool, I like you how present those kinds of sports that are - at least for me, although they are olympic - little known. And also the focus areas of the training are very interesting. Keep it up Natacha!
Natacha can you do a video on poor posture and how to fix it? I looked a lot into the topic but have found a fix yet and your videos always are backed up with good references and are easy to understand
Great video featuring two people who seemed to really enjoy themselves. Ana is awesome!!!
Thank you so much Natasha! This is so interesting! Itâs be so cool to see you train with athletes from other sports in the future! Especially water sports!
natacha always puts a smile on my face ^^ love that you try different things! so exciting. now my interest in tkd has been reinvigorated haha

Not me motivating myself to get my work done during the day so I can watch this in the evening! đ„°
Your ability to adapt so quickly is soo inspring and encourages me to train to be athletic too!
The intro itself tells you this is gonna be intense! Iâm so proud of you natacha to see how far you have come!! This inspires me to one day take the leap and try something new with my workouts

Natacha...I donât know how you do it! You have so much enthusiasm and drive for everything you put your attention to. Iâm sure you werenât supposed to be that good but hey, youâre pretty much on athlete level alll the time anyhow so why would be surprised?! Lol!
Anaâs strength and agility was intimidating just watching, I canât lie. My gosh, the power in her kicks!
Thank you once again for all that you share with us. Love this platform. Lots of love to you xoxo
My 9-year-old does Taekwondo and this is not an easy sport to do! Love watching you humble yourself with things outside of your comfort zone while also showing how a sport can demand different body compositions and strengths to cater to that activity. Thanks for a fun video!
I adored this! I fought for 13 years in TKD and taught for 10. You have tremendous talent for you first time. This was so entertaining. Thanks!
Natascha I must say, you seriously are an incredible woman, you are so talented and wise and inspiring. Thank you so much for your videos! I truely admire you, and also your realitonship with Mario. All The best for you two! Greetings from Finland đđ«đź
LOVED this and your contagious spirit natacha!
This was such a cool video! Loved it!
The whole time I was impressed by how well you kept up with her, but 6:04 made me laugh. Itâs insane how fast they are, leaving you behind đ
I would love to see more of these videos.
this video was so funny and so awesome!! i love all your videos, they never disappoint! so cool to see really strong women and gives exposure to these athletes! so cool natacha
How have I only just discovered this channel. It so good that you try other sports and challenges. We love to see it đ
I love these videos. It's so interesting to get a peak behind the curtain on how professional athletes train đ
Yess! Thanks for the new video Natacha! đ you are amazing!
always, thank you for everything Dimitra đ€
I loved watching this. Just makes me smile. Lovely people doing fun things. Your content is unique and refreshing. Thank you!
hey Genevieve â€âđ„â€âđ„ it means a lot that you had a smile on, thanks so much for being here and for saying so. I hope your training brings you so much happiness!
your attitude is just the greatest, so infectious! ana is a legend also. really fun to watch
thank you for making this video!!! i do taekwondo and many people think that martial arts is just something you're put into as a kid lol
would love to see you do more martial arts!! karate, jiu jitsu, hapkido, etc!
Hey Natacha! I really enjoy these types of videos, I think youâre so so hardworking and it really shows in the videos (I hope you do more of these). You really inspire me to be the best so thank you for that. Iâm trying to run a sub 28 minute 5k next month so any training/running tips would be appreciated. Lots of love to you and Mario!!â€ïž
I would absolutely ADORE to see a mobility programme from you â€ïž maybe 2-4 days a week to complement your other ones? Finding I have my basis down after completing 3 of your programmes, but feeling limited in my mobility. Thank you for everything!!
I love these videos so much!! So inspiringđ
I loveee these videos you do trying out different sports and working with Olympic athletes! Would love to see more! Also, Your amazing at everything you try đźâđšâ€ïž
that really makes me so happy, I love showing off how badass they are (and also me sucking at them) so thank you so much for saying!! big big hugs!
Even when you get beat up, it's inspiring! Love you Natasha! Have a good day!
Really love these videos because we learn how our bodies can function differently at the highest levels and how there are different standards of "fitness" (not being too muscular for taekwondo for example).
Loveee this series!! Really funny, entertaining and educational videođ€© I get her frustration, you are so good at so may sports, it's ingredible đ
As someone who played Taekwondo, your intro made me crack
I missed you so much, I was binging your 24-hour marathon video the other day!!!
Lot of love xx
