I cannot thank you enough for your videos, Natacha. They've changed so much of my thinking about food, exercise, overall health. This video in particular was a lightbulb moment for me. I realized part of the reason I was struggling with my workouts is I felt bad about myself when I couldn't get to the number of reps I'd arbitrarily set. I realized that numbers were looming over me, controlling my workouts, making them a big bummer. Hearing you explain your approach and say you don't really count reps ... seriously game changing. I truly enjoyed a workout after watching this video because I was focused on my form and power instead of numbers.

@@Kennylovessandwiches I had been avoiding carbs, because people told me to lol. But, I found I was unable to do activities I really enjoyed, like running, hiit, etc. So I asked Natacha, and she said maybe try adding in some carbs back in (with way more detail; she really wrote a great, helpful reply.) So, while I still don't turn to simple carbs immediately, (I avoid sugar because it makes me sick) bread, pasta, rice--they are a part of my diet and complex carbs are EVERYWHERE. This is what worked for me! I hope it helps you.
