Vary the whoosh sound effect, the same one is really noticable and annoying
bro just explained capitalism it means he wouldn't punish people for being bad, what a nice guy (ofc a business man wouldn't do that I'm kidding)
Cryto bro 🐂💩 talk
I Can’t believe I just found this wonderful Channel! Thank you 🙏
So basically if this is someone just starting out, you shouldn’t focus on niching but solving problems for anyone who may want your video service, doing this over time (10,000) make you more value and experience where’s you can afford to only do the jobs you want to do
Amazing video thank you
Try being a line cook. Falling asleep at the wheel on the way home at 1am, just to still have to shower and tend to your cut or burns after have a $14k night, just to make less money than the server with the nice 🍑 and have the overbearing owner say "good job guys" on his way out the door knowing full well he'll fire you tomorrow night if you dont keep up the same performance every night from now until the end of time.
You will get more results when you are paying someone hourly then when paying someone because they are experienced. Because someone with experience is not guaranteed to ever finish the work.
The gentleman speaking doesn't understand the definition of value. He has placed a price on his advice but doesn't equate the value to the information. The speaker isn't worth $35.00. He will be another motivator fad online in 2 years.
I love how many comments here support the Marxist idea of the Labour Theory of Value: that the economic value of a good/service is determined by the amount of 'socially necessary' labour necessary to produce it. I am not sure it's really the point the video was making, but lots of people replying are saying things like "you're paying for the 15 years of training which allowed them to produce a good product in 5 minutes" - i.e. the socially nrcessary labour involves the 15 years of training, and that determines its value. That might be correct but I think most economists would rather subscribe to a theory of value which is closer ro simply "the value of the good/service is determined by what people are willing to pay for it".
Now I know why I have been unemployed all these years
Whoever is editing this please stop with the background music it’s taking away from the content 🙏
The labor theory of value strikes again
this is the same as flat rate technicians. If a tech takes 4 hours to complete an 8 hour job, he gets paid the 8 hours. but if he spent 12 hours, he would only get paid 8.
Or you can just do what idiots do, and shout, "WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO ROB ME, GET OUT OF MY FACE!" Rather than begin to negotiate with the person that's clearly interested with what you're "selling."
Theres more diamonds in the universe than water.... We are backwards here
The law of 3. Time, quality, price. Choose 2.
So you are a scammer
😂
This is why it’s fair and reasonable to bid/bill for the job, not the time. If you don’t agree the product is worth the money, don’t hire.
My ex worked real estate and got the same attitude when she sold the property quickly for asking price or above. That was her augment; so I’m good at what I do, you now want to penalize me. She allow got her due fee
Nice. Thanks for this. I am a subscriber now.
Thanks for the sub!
Church would be the only business that, that’s done.
If you're faster and more efficient would mean you would get more business and more logos to work on than the slow less efficient ones come on now he really didn't think of this🤣🤣
Would you rather sell 10 things for $10K each or 1 thing for $100K. Come on now, the goal is to work smarter not harder.
That's why artist are typically paid by commission with a deadline based on the quality of their past work. Or for comics it's a page/cover rate.
Stupid liberal logic. Taking longer than you need to punishes a customer. Work at a decent pace to provide proper quality, charge accordingly, get more customers.
Okayyyyyy
Here are a couple ways you can screw over your employees so they can never their own business.
Interesting.... Thanks for sharing.
Good, fast, cheap. Pick two. Much quicker video.
You got that right!
I can come up with a better logo myself.
Cool, tag us when it's done. Or you can use Ai.
so if im buying a logo, wouldnt it be better i pay a flat price, not thje time?
Correct
"I'm nothing and I'm everything at the same time" Yes, thats possible. It's all about mindset. We have all we need inside of each of us.
So many misguided people on that most liked comment 🤦🏻♀️, no wonder divorce is more common nowadays. If you can’t care to please your partner as well as yourself, you’re doing it wrong.
I deal with this everytime i fix somebody's car smh
It’s not timing or quality. It’s demand within certain time frame and how many people can do it the way I want it. The less people who can do it the more I would like to pay.
Haha, that's me when I freelance 😂 I'm so much faster than my coworkers in the same position as me, they literally ask me to slow down so they don't look as bad compared to me. So when I freelance and charge by the hours, I always add hours to it because I'm too efficient
Ferengi rule of acquisition number 91: “Your boss is only worth what he pays you.”
Wonderfully worded.
*fewer hours*
I loveeee the honesty, so great!
Waiting for AI to delete this bs jobs
The real thing to focus on is market options. Does the customer/student have options when hiring somebody else to do the job? That depends on the complexity and difficulty of the job. $18,000 is a big cost for a logo that we can have AI easily generate for free.
I'm guessing you haven't tried making a logo with AI yet. But yes there are many factors that affect pricing.
and who says that the work he is doing is worth 18k?
The person who buys it.
I don't agree because we don't know the amount of work needed by an expert to reach some quality. It's part of the expertise. With this logic a mechanic can charge you 1000usd for a car reparation worth 50usd. As a consumer you don't have the tools to evaluate the value of the work and it's one of the issue of US :)
Would you rather a dentist take a look time to fix your tooth when in pain or be quick as possible?
That guy is the reason hourly employees take so long to do things
I don't think we can take that much credit for what other people are doing. We encourage you to work at your own pace and deliver a quality product to your client. Some people are better/faster than others they should get paid more.
it makes sense to those who know where it applies.
Yes.
This is the first time, Chris didn't face the camera for a few minutes. I can feel that is was so hard to share, no so painful. Hope I didn't see you this sad just from telling the story. However you're a wonderful and amazing person. Thank you for this amazing lesson.
And this silly nonsense works? Wow, we're doomed as a species...
Stop paying Ming thr merciless to design logos for your company. Its your company, make yer own logos and have it define you
the inner space !
I feel like I’m looking at an Asian Cheddar Gorgeous
Shutup, its basic procurement process. Do i believe the hours, do i believe the hourly rate. The end.
Good bye
