THIS. This is the type of video that I'd send to everyone that call Chris a fraud or put him in the same category of finances gurus that always talk abstract nonsense. This is pure analysis, perfect mathematics of the business of design and marketing. Love it.
Agreed. Who would dare say that?
As someone who experienced the original video in person, THIS IS LIFE CHANGING ADVICE. Keep impacting lives, Chris!

âââ@@thefuturHey Chris,
"Give me businesses where you pay only after you use it if you like it""
I mean...
-Amazon
-telesales 90 day money back,
-Any online sale actually (distance sale mandatory 14 day cool down).
-free trials (pay from the fourth month if you like it
I mean...i have only really put my money in a temporary type purgatory type joint account with you where I still have total access to it back within my trial/return period.
Money's not truly yours until it's in your account where I can no longer reach it. So I for that reason I haven't actually paid unless I am fully satisfied enough to keep it.
I even know people that were satisfied and still returned it after theyd completed their use.
Many an Adobe project completed that way with different emails back in the struggle days after the cracked cs versions ended
I am one hundred percent with Chris as always
...but he asked the comments section for examples so here they are bro even without the crookery part.
Amazon no questions asked returns.
Yes, please to the second video! đ
I rewatch the original video every few months. It changed the way I think đ
Nice what changed for you?
@@thefutur seeing how he handles the most common objection designers get, always breaks the limiting belief I have about my work not being that valuable. Made me believe in my price and made more confident when negotiating.

Chris negotiation strategy showcases the importance of flexibility and creativity in client interactions! đŒ Establishing measurable baselines and exploring alternative payment methods can lead to win-win outcomes for both parties involved.
When I applied this approach both in mindset and practice to my conversations with prospects for my agency, from Mom/Pop shops to companies doing tens of millions per year in gross revenue, I instantly saw 2 changes: I made A LOT more money and I closed happier prospects a lot more often strangely enough.
Chris & Team is out here trying to help creatives understand that they are actually business people if they own their own brand. You're not a designer, a brand strategist, a videographer. You're a business owner. If you don't understand and articulate business to other business owners, it's very hard to communicate the value of your service/outcomes. The fact that they post this for FREE for everyone to soak up is WILD.

2:07 Okay, the ONLY time I can think of a business like that is a hospital/emergency room. Not just any doctor (because most doctors in the US require a copay first), but if you go to the ER or get something like imaging done, you get the service and use the products (i.e. treatment, consultations, a hospital bed, equipment, etc) first and then get a scary bill in the mail after. You don't HAVE to pay and it can hit your credit, but you can file bankruptcy to avoid paying. It's definitely not a "pay what you want" scenario, though.
But that's NOT a typical type of business, and that's without getting into the debate of whether hospitals should be for-profit or not.
And even then you end up in debt and hounded for life if you don't pay. Lol
Awesome

What about courses and bootcamps where you only pay after landing a job in the field?
people do that. you have to be very selective who you give the course to.
I have to say I havenât yet cone across a professional in your line of work so interesting. I am so pulled into your videos. I know you are in the digital world but are you able to create videos that fit the remodeling/construction sales world?
Tell me more about what you want me to talk about. Best to frame it via a question.
@@thefutur
Basically, I am asking how to implement your strategies in construction sales
For example responses I can have to objections or excuses customers bring up during a Sales meeting
And how to create urgency or the understanding of value to the work/time I put in to a project.
And why they should choose me as their contractor . I know itâs pretty general, but those are the basics that Iâm asking about
I hope I explained myself properly
Thanks so much for taking the time to read my comment and looking into helping out

How do you handle customers who think of themselves as designers, too? Who say to your work product "This isn't what I expected, it has to be like this and like that and have XYZ here, and ..." and you know this is just utter BS. What then?
I would work with different clients or expectations weren't set with your client.
i want to be a business man get ton of money but not for me, i want fix the world and any thing i can, i hope some day to be like you .
i want Chanelle learn me how to do it get my dream true
and i want to be like you , smart , lovely , and helpful
my name is mohanad and i work in my self to get information for 2 years but i dont know how to get money my life is sucks i believe in you can you help me
I'm confused, you want to make a ton of money. But it's not for you? And you said you don't know how to get money? Not sure how we can help... Watch the videos on the channel plenty of them on how to make money, put in the work.
I'm intrigued by marketing for my own endeavors, but there's something peculiar about this video.
Allow me to explain from a viewer's perspective in a constructive manner.
It's undeniable that many successful CZcamsrs prioritize both video and audio quality. While the audio here is indeed impeccable, it sometimes feels overly polished.
As you hinted sometimes, your clients value simplicity and clarity in the logos you create (though you didn't phrase it exactly this way, that's the impression I received).
When you're facing the camera with just a board and flawless audio, and there's no direct eye contact, it can create a sense of disconnection for the viewer.
Then, when a second person appears, the viewer realizes you're not alone.
Is this an editing oversight? Perhaps not.
The distinction between this video and others where you're engaging with a crowd is evident.
Why? Because in an open room with people, there's usually some echo, subtly indicating to the viewer that you're not alone.
I hope this feedback is helpfull.
But why would I want to put in 150k to get customers if all I profit is 50k? Isn't that a 100k loss? No matter how much that scales up, I will always be spending more than I'm making
You don't put in $150k your business makes that money. After operating expenses, you make/save $50K.
By making that income you can then leverage that to get business loans to grow your business.
