  • Hi Vanderfits! I'm finally back with another workout! Today I show you how to slim down your thighs with this inner and outer thigh slimming workout. I'm so sorry I wasn't able to upload on Monday, but there were some technical difficulties. I will try my hardest to stick to a regular schedule from now on. Good luck with the workout! We got this!     You guys keep going!!!! I’ve been doing these work outs for about a year and I see so much toning in my legs and body! (And I do ballet every week but still felt challenged with all of Sanne’s work outs ! And saw toning that I haven’t gotten from the last 15 years of dance !)

    I did this workout 2 times on my first day with the *how to create thigh gap in 1week * workout
    And trust me I think my outer thighs are starting to look different. And this workout is totally worth 👍

    Okay so I've been doing this for a month now with Emi Wong's slim inner thighs (only specific ones - leg split, sumo squat pulses, side lunge, sumo squat hold) and I kid you not my thighs have become much more tighter and I've lost 2.5 inches(27.5-> 25) in a month! (Had I been more regular with it, would've lost more) but yeah that's still a huge progress!
    Planning to do this twice a day and regularly from now on!

    I just did this and I was suprised how much it burned my outer thigh, but i couldn't feel the last exercise, I'm not sure what I was doing wrong 😕. Still a great workout tho💥❤️

    Alrighty everyone is saying it works so I might as well do it but not right now cause I’m doing some other exercises for my thighs so maybe I’ll start in a week or so :) also I’ll maybe do this exercise for at least a week or maybe more...
    Ok I decided I that I’m gonna do two different exercises on my thighs because the other one doesn’t work so much and I think it’s because I need to do more exercises so I’m gonna do this one...
    Day1: ✅ (argh my thighs burned and I took ALOT of breaks but hopefully it doesn’t hurt again tmmr 😓 and also I don’t see and changes cause it’s only the first day...)
    Day2: ✅ (doesn’t hurt much and I tried to take less breaks and sometimes I stopped cause my leg hurts)
    Day3: ✅ doesn’t hurt much, getting used to the pain 😫😖😣 and taking less breaks :)
    Day4: ✅ didn’t hurt much and I did my have breaks but only on the pulses and sometimes I read comments which makes the pain go away T>T

    Day7: ✅ I’ve finished the last day but I’m gonna do it for one more week along with some other exercises (btw I’ve took no breaks for the first time :’)

    Day1: ✅ didn’t hurt as much but still feel the pain and I love it!! And also I took no breaks and I’m doing another workout for my thighs

I am doing her exercises cuz they don't make my thighs bulky and not so difficult, rlly feel burn, looked more toned. Thank u
