Okay so I've been doing this for a month now with Emi Wong's slim inner thighs (only specific ones - leg split, sumo squat pulses, side lunge, sumo squat hold) and I kid you not my thighs have become much more tighter and I've lost 2.5 inches(27.5-> 25) in a month! (Had I been more regular with it, would've lost more) but yeah that's still a huge progress!
Planning to do this twice a day and regularly from now on!

I just did this and I was suprised how much it burned my outer thigh, but i couldn't feel the last exercise, I'm not sure what I was doing wrong 😕. Still a great workout tho💥❤️

Alrighty everyone is saying it works so I might as well do it but not right now cause I’m doing some other exercises for my thighs so maybe I’ll start in a week or so :) also I’ll maybe do this exercise for at least a week or maybe more...
Ok I decided I that I’m gonna do two different exercises on my thighs because the other one doesn’t work so much and I think it’s because I need to do more exercises so I’m gonna do this one...
Day1: ✅ (argh my thighs burned and I took ALOT of breaks but hopefully it doesn’t hurt again tmmr 😓 and also I don’t see and changes cause it’s only the first day...)
Day2: ✅ (doesn’t hurt much and I tried to take less breaks and sometimes I stopped cause my leg hurts)
Day3: ✅ doesn’t hurt much, getting used to the pain 😫😖😣 and taking less breaks :)
Day4: ✅ didn’t hurt much and I did my have breaks but only on the pulses and sometimes I read comments which makes the pain go away T>T
Day5: ✅ I think I need to burn some fat in my inner thighs and I do t think it’s my outer thighs so I might do some other exercises from your channel for my inner thighs if I can find one :)
Day6: ✅ sorry for taking a long break, my dad came back from the hospital and I wanted to spend more time with him :)
Day7: ✅ I’ve finished the last day but I’m gonna do it for one more week along with some other exercises (btw I’ve took no breaks for the first time :’)
Week2:
Day1: ✅ didn’t hurt as much but still feel the pain and I love it!! And also I took no breaks and I’m doing another workout for my thighs
