Okay, so i did this for 5 days anddd i cant belive, but its actualy working. My left leg was 54 cm, and my right was 54.5 cm. Now my legs are 52 cm, and this is amazingggggg!! I will keep u updated.
Update 3 months later. This workout is amaaazing! It worked for me. Im sure that it will work for you too. You just have to be stubborn and not give up. Do it every single day, and you will see the result. I do this workout twice a day. In the first month I did it once a day. It’s worth it, I promise. Give it a try. Good luck ❤️

I just thought I should share this! Please read:
When going through the comments you’ll see a few people writing about their experience with this workout. Some saying they saw different after only 5 days and other not seeing any at all. But let me tell you; everyone has different metabolism, body types and diets. If someone does the workout, eats healthy as well and engages their legs, there is no secret that these people will se a different sooner than those with extremely slow metabolism, an unhealthy diet and not really engaging their body. So if you know your metabolism is super slow, don’t eat junk food 24/7 if your goals are to get skinnier or loose weight! It’s all in your diet. Just remember that your diet is 80% of losing weight, and
exercising only 20%.
If you need some tips:
Cut down on sugar and sodas, this itself will for many people make a major difference. You’ll feel and look better❤️ DRINK WATER!! I know you’re tired of hearing that, but your body burns fat and calories faster if your hydrated while working out, and just is general:)!

Hello person scrolling through the comments! Yes this does actually work!😊 did this for 7 days and have seen progress and gotten stronger legs. I’m gonna continue, obviously if you want to see faster results be consistent, eat healthy, and drink and eat enough to fuel urself!!!
Update: I have seen major improvement and today I realized my legs were tighter than usual, I have had leg muscle before but know it’s much more visible (I got more leg muscles because I play volleyball and the squats we do really tones our quads) but volleyball and this workout combined ISSSS AMAZING FOR INNER THIGHSSS!!!

I was looking for thigh workouts and this video popped in.
Day 1:Done
Day 2: was more harder and I couldn't lift my legs up, but am glad I pushed it through.
Day 3: was little easy and I added some abs workout too
Day 4: Is complete, I also added the leg workout of hers and I died.
Day 5: Done. Just this one.
Day 6: is complete and I no longer feel pain in my glutes and thighs, I also added 2more leg workout of hers.
Day 7: is complete along with her intense abs workout and I decided to continue the same for one more week.
Day 8:Is complete. I feel so proud of myself. Time to focus on what I eat.
Day 9: Is complete. Just one more day to go.
Day 10: is complete. I am glad I found her channel and I will continue to do other workout video of hers.
Please do it for 2 weeks at least, good luck!

Thigh gaps are based around your skeleton a.k.a genetics. Some people have a smaller skeleton than others. Doing a workout that only targets you to "get a thigh gap" is honestly ridiculous. There will be a reason of you're not seeing results or feel like this isn't working. So please don't be upset with yourself.
The only reason I am saying this is because I'm trying to spread awareness and educate people on these types of things. In honour of my friend who is still in recovery. Long story short, she wanted a thigh gap, smaller waist, abs and so on and after months she thought she was fat and wasn't getting anywhere. So unfortunately she starved herself and her body has so much damage to it. It's really upsetting so I just want to say again please don't feel the need to get certain things like thigh gaps, abs etc.. because it may be that your body is built a certain way. Which is not to be disappointed at.
Everyone is different and health looks different on everyone. Thank you for taking the time to read if you did and make sure you educate yourself. Work smarter... not harder ❤

Idk why I’m doing this but I have nothing else to do in isolation soooo. Like this so I get reminded via notifications.
Day 1: I took loads of breaks and found some of it really hard. Hopefully I find it easier soon. Obviously don’t see a difference as it’s my first time doing it.
Day 2: I did it twice today. I dont see much difference, but i feel alot more confident in my legs. My family are starting to notice this!
Day 3: I found the second exercise really challenging today. It may be because I haven’t eaten much today and I’m weak. I don’t see any difference.
Day 1: I have actually lost weight but i don't see much of a thigh gap tho.
You don't actually get a thigh gap from working out, you need to lose weight. But these workouts will definitely help with toning your thighs.💜

Soooo I couldn't find my comment last time so here I am writing another one I tried this for 1 month and the first 3 days there was no result but when I continued it rlly had a big effect I did this once a day only stretching b4 and after b4 my thighs were 60cm and it's 55cm I lost 5 cm in just 1 week so I continued it and know my thighs are 49 l and 49. 5 r I just ate lunch and dinner no more in between I remember all this bcuz I put it in the notes of my phone
this workout actually helps ! I've done this about 5-6 times (in the span of like a week and a half) , haven't seen much thigh 'gap' results but my thighs are visibly smaller. i've struggled with big thighs and small everything else a lot and this workout really helped boost my confidence. my really thin friend commented on how she could see my legs slimmed down and i'm really happy :) i also look a lot taller if that means anything lmao

So I did this workout for five days first, I did it once a day. And I was 14.3 in and after 5 days I was 14 in. After 1 week, my thigh was 13.5 in and I only did it once a week. I sometimes forget to do it ( or too lazy) but I still got great results. I did not go on a diet, I ate whatever I want. But I feel like this is kinda like an outer thigh workout because I feel like my outer thigh got less fat than my inner thigh doing this workout. But this is a great workout for your thigh. 30 day challenge!! ive recently been looking for a thigh excise where i can get good results & feel confident.
day 1: no results (obviously) but i really did feel the burn
day 2: nice burn feeling.
day 3: my legs were shaking on my left leg. didn’t see no difference with results wise but i do feel better.
day: 4 i did do this workout but ever got the time to update! but again still feelin’ the burn, no difference.
day 5: sore legs, which is a good sign! no weight loss on my thighs tho.
day 6: at it again! super weird it’s only my left leg shaking. anywho, no difference but it’s only been a couple of days.
day 7: sorry was so busy!

This works.. Due to busy schedule I was not able to do it many a times but i did whenever got time. This is really very effective.

Hiya guys! I just wanted to say that this workout really works. I’ve been very insecure about my thighs for a few years now but never did anything about it. I could never find any leg workouts that worked for me or felt right but I came across this workout literally only a few days ago and I’m already seeing great results. I feel happy about my legs, but I still have a way to go. I’ve been doing this workout twice a day along with Emi Wong’s “Slim legs in 20 days” as well. I highly recommend doing these workouts twice a day because you will see very quick and great results however your legs will be sore. Good luck and I hope this has helped.

I’m going to do this workout and tell you guys how i’m doing. I’m not too sure how long i am going to do this but minimum it is going to be two weeks. I have veryyyyy stubby legs and they always have been. i have bad cellulite and all. i am very insecure with my legs and ik i don’t need slim legs or a thigh gap to be beautiful but ik i will feel more confident and happy in my body. i am going to keep track and tell y’all how i am doin. just a reminder i have a slow metabolism and it takes a lot for me to get slim. Day 1: ok so i think this is such a good video because she like distracts u while doing the workout which is really good. i feel it in my legs so much especially with my outer thighs than my inner thighs but i do think this will work. Day 2: ok i am in painnnnnnn but this workout is very good so imma still keep doin it😌

Trying this out!!
Day 1- pretty dang challenging but a lot of fun too. I had to take a few breaks but did the whole thing. Its the first day so I have no results other than a whole lot of sweat.
Day 2- I was pretty dang sore the next day but still did the workout. It was hard but it definitely got better.
Day 3- I was able to do the whole thing with no breaks! I don’t know if I see a difference yet but I feel stronger which is awesome. I was quite sore still but the workout is getting easier!!
Day 4- My legs are at a constant state of sore hah a but I love it. I actually just really love this CZcamsrs vibe as well. It’s a quick and simple leg workout. I’m starting to see a difference.
Day 5- I really enjoy the burn you get, while you do these simple exercises. I got it done today though. My legs are little sore but not too bad now.
Day 6- My leg are definitely getting thinner. I love how simple the workout is and it’s really easy to get done but still burns. One more day!!
Day 7- this is honestly one of my favorite leg workouts. I wish I took measurements. But I definitely feel and see a difference. I love it and this CZcamsr. Honestly such an awesome workout with good vibes.
