And you go down to the side as much as you can.
Make sure you stop the point you can come back.
If you go too far, it gets so hard to come back.
This movement is also very effective for your wrist.
A lot of you guys might find out you are not good at this movement.

It’s 1:42am and I had to come back to this video to say how much this workout works ‼️‼️ I’ve been doing this workout for 3 months now (while going to the gym and being in a calorie deficit) and let me just say, IT WORKS!!!! About an hour ago I was looking at my legs in the mirror and saw a THIGH GAP????? A THIGH GAPPPP.
My legs have always been a huge insecurity for me, as in I had very big inner thighs that rubbed off each other. I was not a skinny person growing up and I hated the way I looked in shorts so you can believe me when I say if I can do this, so can you. Stay consistent guys ❤️❤️

Y'all it's been a month and I've done this for about 2 weeks every alternate day and I'm slowly forming a thigh gap, don't give up!

@@lidiamandefro4023 No. But when you are doing this exercise, try to stretch your legs and go down as much as you can (just don't touch the ground) even if it's hurt. I think this is what helped me lose that much. Good luck!

Update: I started gym (I go 3 days a week) so I stopped doing this workout but I still have my thigh gap! I ve noticed my legs are a bit bigger now (I think it's also because they chose me a gym program so they made a program for getting bulky and I think I'll have to talk about that to my antrenor because I don't wanna get bulky legs ) So I'm back there to this workout,restarting again! I'll also alternate this workout with others so I'll have faster results! 🫶🏻
P.S: I stopped doing this workout for a while but I still continued with my calorie deficit that's why I didn't lost my thigh gap!

高校離れる元彼に気持ち伝えたいので、

Will be updating each week, since it's easier and will walk or dance to speed up process
Legs:54cm/21inch
Goal:50cm/19inch or 17inch/45cm
Week 1:✅ Don't have a measuring tape currently since I haven't done it last year but most rn I will say is that my legs have slimmed down since results don't come that fast
week 2:✅Not much to say other than the same thing as last week but when I wore shorts today I have seen an inner thigh gap that could fit a pencil in between but no measuring tape as of now
week 3: ✅ lowkey the same as last week but my thighs have really got slim, really happy with the results!
week 4: ✅don't have a measuring tape yet but relatives have said my legs slimmed a lot and I fit in old clothes.
Week 5: ✅ yo my legs already got a thigh gap but not the biggest one but I'm going to stop this challenge now it doesn't hurt as much and feel like results already came in
6 months Update:22/10/23
These workouts are sort of effective for a small result but my thighs were obviously bigger than 21in but now I have reached my desire goal by walking 10k steps - 20k, doing pilates and strength training combined and just small portions throughout the day that had led me to lose more than 10kg, so yes this workout sort of helped to make a gap in the inner thigh but now I have it overall

@@frankiekawaii6163 i did it every day. i eat a pretty healthy lifestyle but i wasnt really trying to lose weight. i think it was just my muscles getting toned that made my legs overall slimmer. the first few tries are difficult and maybe even painful but you will get used to it!

2ヶ月以上、ほぼ毎日やってます!
もともとかなり筋肉質で足痩せ無理かなって思っていたんですけど、やり始めてからどんどん隙間ができました😭体重も始めた時から2キロ落ちました😭これのおかげだと思います😭
彼氏や友達、家族からもすごい足細くなったね!痩せたね!って言ってもらえて嬉しいです!これした後にプロテイン飲んでいるだけで、食事制限もしてないし、アイスやお菓子も食べているのに、、本当にありがとうございます、これからも毎日します✨

ジョギングやウォーキング等の有酸素運動もできないのでしてません
以前やった時は真っ直ぐ足を上げられていたのに、今は膝を曲げないとできません😂
