    If you go too far, it gets so hard to come back.
    This movement is also very effective for your wrist.
    A lot of you guys might find out you are not good at this movement.
    Oh yeah, I can feel this is effective on my wrist.
    And if you say " I will lose my weight!", that would get you more motivated!

    i'm amazed by the results! I've been doing this workout every day for the whole month and lost 10cm in both thighs and 9kg 😭😭😭 I'm truly thankful for this workout and I'm planning to continue. In addition, I've also been doing other workouts and taking 10,000 steps every day.

    It’s 1:42am and I had to come back to this video to say how much this workout works ‼️‼️ I’ve been doing this workout for 3 months now (while going to the gym and being in a calorie deficit) and let me just say, IT WORKS!!!! About an hour ago I was looking at my legs in the mirror and saw a THIGH GAP????? A THIGH GAPPPP.
    My legs have always been a huge insecurity for me, as in I had very big inner thighs that rubbed off each other. I was not a skinny person growing up and I hated the way I looked in shorts so you can believe me when I say if I can do this, so can you. Stay consistent guys ❤️❤️

      @@kiorikii Awee that’s good I’m try this then for a few months before summer and see how I feel I have really weak ankles so I would love to gain some strength in my legs and ankles but look all the fat my ex gymnastics legs has no muscle and more and all turned to fat basically so I’m hopeful this will work.       @@pillow223 thank u 😊, cuz im trying to lose weight I do other workouts and I don’t do diets, I just eat healthy in general but I do have my cheat days 🤭 which is completely normal, just eat small amounts, oh and I workout 35/50 minutes almost every day and water is ur best friend hahhah

    Just gonna complete one week and if I'm satisfied I'll stop if not I'll do it for 2 weeks
    Week 1: I actually can't believe it but I'm able to fit into old jeans of mine which used to be stuck at the bottom of my thighs, I can pull it up almost all the way if I lose a little more at the top of my inner thighs and waist, so I'll be doing this another week!
    Day 8: ✅ (this really hardly gets easier lmfao)
    Day 9 : ✅
    Day 10 : ☑️ only did a little more than half today (couldn't do the last 2 exercises ), cuz my legs are shaking violently from the workout I did right before this😭
    Day 11: ✅ finished it! Make sure to stretch your legs everyday after!
    Day 12: ✅
    Day 13: ✅ I still shake like crazy doing this workout towards the last set😭 but I really do see my inner thighs slimming up
    Day 14:✅
    Finally done! The change is so visible and I'm really happy with the results I won't update anymore but I'll make sure to keep doing this occasionally to maintain my progress I recommend this workout to everyone!💕
    Y'all it's been a month and I've done this for about 2 weeks every alternate day and I'm slowly forming a thigh gap, don't give up!
    Edit 2: I've still being squeezing this in 3x per week and it's still giving me great results I really really recommend I can now fully fit into those old jeans I mentioned at week 1 conclusion and I'm really happy!

    My REAL result, I've lost 6cm in a month, i lost 3cm first week, it is the hardest week, also this workout not only make you lose thigh fat, also tone them.
    Edit for y'all: it didn't make any difference in my calves, but it definitely made me lose some hip fat.

      @@everyonessubliminals1303 I didn't build muscle at all! My thighs just got toned but without being bulky, i wanted them to get slimer not bigger than they were, lol, and I got it, you can't get bulky because you need weight, and this workout is only stretching, just slim down your thighs ❤️

      ​@@lidiamandefro4023 No. But when you are doing this exercise, try to stretch your legs and go down as much as you can (just don't touch the ground) even if it's hurt. I think this is what helped me lose that much. Good luck!

      Update: I started gym (I go 3 days a week) so I stopped doing this workout but I still have my thigh gap! I ve noticed my legs are a bit bigger now (I think it's also because they chose me a gym program so they made a program for getting bulky and I think I'll have to talk about that to my antrenor because I don't wanna get bulky legs ) So I'm back there to this workout,restarting again! I'll also alternate this workout with others so I'll have faster results! 🫶🏻

    Will be updating each week, since it's easier and will walk or dance to speed up process
    Legs:54cm/21inch
    Goal:50cm/19inch or 17inch/45cm
    Week 1:✅ Don't have a measuring tape currently since I haven't done it last year but most rn I will say is that my legs have slimmed down since results don't come that fast
    week 2:✅Not much to say other than the same thing as last week but when I wore shorts today I have seen an inner thigh gap that could fit a pencil in between but no measuring tape as of now
    week 3: ✅ lowkey the same as last week but my thighs have really got slim, really happy with the results!
    week 4: ✅don't have a measuring tape yet but relatives have said my legs slimmed a lot and I fit in old clothes.
    Week 5: ✅ yo my legs already got a thigh gap but not the biggest one but I'm going to stop this challenge now it doesn't hurt as much and feel like results already came in
    6 months Update:22/10/23
    These workouts are sort of effective for a small result but my thighs were obviously bigger than 21in but now I have reached my desire goal by walking 10k steps - 20k, doing pilates and strength training combined and just small portions throughout the day that had led me to lose more than 10kg, so yes this workout sort of helped to make a gap in the inner thigh but now I have it overall

      @@frankiekawaii6163 i did it every day. i eat a pretty healthy lifestyle but i wasnt really trying to lose weight. i think it was just my muscles getting toned that made my legs overall slimmer. the first few tries are difficult and maybe even painful but you will get used to it!

    2ヶ月以上、ほぼ毎日やってます!
    もともとかなり筋肉質で足痩せ無理かなって思っていたんですけど、やり始めてからどんどん隙間ができました😭体重も始めた時から2キロ落ちました😭これのおかげだと思います😭
    彼氏や友達、家族からもすごい足細くなったね!痩せたね!って言ってもらえて嬉しいです!これした後にプロテイン飲んでいるだけで、食事制限もしてないし、アイスやお菓子も食べているのに、、本当にありがとうございます、これからも毎日します✨

      痩せたい ボディークリームを塗る時に軽くむにむにって程度です!
      このコメントを書いた後ですが、ストレッチを追加するようになってからさらに細くなりました!

      mm w つけてません!1ヶ月くらいしたら全然きつくなくなるんですが、初めの時はなんとかぶっ続けでできるように頑張りました!

      花音 特にこれといってしてません、
      ジョギングやウォーキング等の有酸素運動もできないのでしてません

    以前やった時は真っ直ぐ足を上げられていたのに、今は膝を曲げないとできません😂
    体の鈍りをヒシヒシと感じます😭
    サボってないで運動しなきゃですね😌
    頑張ります🔥
