I tried it and it really works I lost count of the days but I think it's been like 3 weeks my inner thighs has reduced 4 cm. I do other workouts as well but I'll recommend this and whoever is doing it please continue it works.

毎日続けています。今、2週間くらいかな?長すぎると多分疲れて続かないだろうし、短いと本当に効果あるかなー?て感じるだろうし、
絶妙に丁度いい時間だと思います。1分毎にサクサク進むし、効いてる感覚と、もうムリーってなりそうなギリギリの1分(笑)きもちいい伸ばしの1分。本当に絶妙!継続は力なり❗️を実践します☺️

11/26/22 Update: This exercise actually works great because my thigh hasn't touched each other since I did this exercise. I come back to this video now since I took a year off from doing this exercise, and I've been eating a lot more, especially during the holiday so I notice the fat deposit coming back to that area, and it's not as lean as before.
It really works, so don't give up.
I'm not going to lie that I do get sore for 1-2 days, but it does get better.
This is the 1st weird-looking exercising position I've seen, BUT IT ACTUALLY WORKS, and it does tone my thighs.
It does reduce my thighs and butt cellulite so far since starting 2 wks ago.
This is the 1st time an exercise actually helps tone and not build muscle on my already big thunder muscular thigh.
I didn't measure, but I can see how lean and a small thigh gap formed 4 in above my knee. I'm a little more flexible than before.
1st week: 1 or 2 times a day for 5 days. see slight different
1st & 2nd day - thigh and butt feel sore, but it's getting better
2nd week: 1 or 2 times a day for 4 days - added 100 inner legs lift each side (50 morning/50 night each leg) every other day.
let the muscle rest and rebuild
day 14 - thigh and butt cellulite look shockingly reduced and smoother.
It feels so awesome!
I didn't do any other cardio exercise during these 2 weeks at all, but I think the leg will get even smaller if I do some walking or jogging. I ate a normal 1 fist size for breakfast and 2 fist or palm sizes for lunch or dinner. Drink a lot of water.
Believe it or not, but I had 6 slices of tiramisu during the 2 weeks too.
Like the trainer said: do it where you feel comfortable and when you feel the stretching of your inner thighs.

5/27/20 Update: You know the saying " you see the lights at the end of the tunnel".
Well I see lights between my thighs.
It's a small gap but it makes me so happy. I'm going to continue to do it until my legs are more leaner and tone.
I think one of the exercise definitely tone up my rear because it look like it's getting smaller and rounder too.

I did this workout and it is very effective.Important note - pay attention to what they say . in subtitles they mention to focus on particular area of body. When i first started doing it my knee started hurting because i wasn't doing correctly and i didn't have yoga mat. Now when i do workout i can totally feel stretch in inner thighs. ALL THE BEST :D

T H A N K Y O U !!! This workout was so enjoyable, I never knew stretching could do so much more for my legs than an exhausting sweaty workout! I hate normal 'at home' workouts but this is so fun and much easier to fit in every day. I do once in the morning and once in the evening and my legs are so much leaner! I also love how you just have normal conversations instead of making us painfully aware of each second which passes by; the time goes quicker when you're just talking away and I love it!!!
My friend who studied to be a personal trainer says it's recommended that the ideal amount of time to stretch each day is one minute for each year of your age. So 24 years old= 24 mins stretching per day, which makes sense. The older we get the more our joints have been used and the less flexible we become, but stretching for that amount of time really prolongs mobility and encourages good posture and lean muscles!
Stretching like this before work also makes me want to eat healthy foods throughout the day, and for some reason makes me stop craving carb heavy/sugary foods.

It's definitely worked in terms of flexibility and I believe it has helped tone my legs (but part of that is because I do leg workouts! However I think by using this stretching routine it has enhanced the effects of working out.)
I can almost do the splits now and although that's not my end goal, its certainly an achievement compared with before, where I could hardly touch my toes!

あまり股関節の柔軟性は良くないけど気持ち良く伸ばせたし好きな動画の1つになりました!ほんっとに太腿痩せは他の部位より結果出るのに時間かかるけど実際他部位は2~3ヶ月で結果出るのも実感してるから短期痩せとか〇〇ダイエット!とか絶対ダメなヤツだと痛感してるし長い目で見てコツコツと楽しく続けられている今のやり方でキレイな隙間あった頃の自分の脚を取り戻します✨😊
そうですね!すぐに変えようとしない事が大事で、結果よりも毎日のプロセスをしっかりしていれば結果は後からついてきます!

More flexibility, more comfort in your body, greater posture if you're focused on how you stand when doing the exercises, slimmer legs, hips and butt (yes, if you watch what you eat meanwhile and do other forms of exercise), yeah sure it helps. Just try it, it want hurt you and it's 10-20 minutes a day. I would start with 1 time a day for the first 4-5 days, depending on how fit you are at first, after that 2 times af day up till the 14th day. You could also just incorporate it in your morning and night routine, along with other stretching exercises. It's great ..

@@Swa_T701 The most important thing is listening to your body! Maybe start with one or two of the exercises, if your knee wants you to. I've had problems with my knee, and if your knee hurts or the rest of your body, stop the exercise and rest 😊 There's plenty of other exercises you can do,- and some for strenghtning your legs, or the muscles in your legs anyway. Bicycling is great fx. 😊

他のと併用しているんですけど、この動画のトレーニングを始めてから太ももの変化がわかりやすい気がします!

This is my second day doing this exercises and for a moment i wanted to give up. But seeing how hard this exercises are make me think that maybe i'm going to have really good results.
