These are somehow rather advanced workout for my case as I've been taught during my physiotheraphy session by my physiotheraphist ...to lean onto a table with my elbows and lift both my heels at the same time with legs wide aparts simillar like this too.Felt some pains on my fractured feets so I've to be careful only can do twenty reps.😁TQVM Nina ....hope still can pass on my case.

@@katja6000 hello, its not so easy to have bulking up legs. Squats will not bulk up your legs if you are on a deficit caloric or eating healthy and dont forget to strech after this video. I just finished my streching routine. Keep going all. Btw Nina has the best workouts everrrr
If y’all are ever wondering if this workout works or not........ IT DOES!! I have tried lily Sabri’s, Chloe Ting’s and April Hans inner thigh workouts (and don’t get me wrong, but they didn’t really work on me) but she help me get the space between my inner thighs!!! Uhhh if only I had found this video sooner but yeah that’s some information and I hope it helps! Remember: all body’s are different so I’m not saying that you are guaranteed to have inner thighs but it really did work for me so I do recommend!!!

Not gonna lie, this is the best workout ever. I did this for 3 weeks and I swear my thighs look so different. My thighs is always been my biggest insecurity but now I feel happy with my thighs. its really effective im still at day 4 yet there are already changes my thighs finally social distancing welp i also drink green tea before sleeping also helps im still on going and be back again when period is done is really effective for me keep going!!!
I'm teenager and I want my thighs to be Thin and trust me guys this excercise really work I know it's painfull in starting but it's work too in the first day my legs were literally shaking doing this but after 3,4 days it's not that painfull if you are thinking for doing this then just do it, it will work. Day 1: done. It’s burned A LOT, I almost stopped half way but kept on going👍🏻 Day 2: done. made it to the full video without resting. I’m someone who’s really competitive so I tried really hard to go through it. Day 3: done. my legs are shaking- it’s really hard but it burns so🥲. Sorry I forgot about updating. But I have been doing it for a week now, I do see some differences in my thighs- I lost about 3 cm on each. This really works. Another thing I wanted to say is that I did cardio for 15 mins, I think that helped me too. I didn’t go on a diet, I ate whatever I wanted but in portions. THIS WORKS👏🏻

THIS WORKS. i have weak legs for some reason, so i usually skip leg standing workouts and this made me inconsistent for a couple of days especially this workout is hard, but there's still a huge difference since it also toned my legs. That motivated me to keep continuing especially it gets a lot easier and because i also wanted to model. thank you sm nina! I'll go back after a few days.

since i don't see a lot of updates on progress, i'll try to do one! for a little background, i've done ballet for 10 years now and have been a competitive dancer for 5 years- so lots of muscle in my legs already but trying to slim down the inner thighs! day 1 measurements (before workout) (six inches below my hip bone) -> left leg: 19 inches, right leg: 19.4 inches day 1 after workout feels: i definitely feel the burn! i'm not feeling it as much as i thought i would in my inner thighs, more so in the muscle right above my knees- tomorrow i'll try doing a few turnout stretches before to increase my turnout and then see how it goes! day 2 feels: so yesterday after the workout my legs felt really weak- which is good! today before the workout, i did a few turnout stretches, and really focused on finding and using those inner thigh muscles- feeling the burn a little more! not gonna measure until one week after! day 4: finished! day 4: finished! day 5: finished! day 6: finished! day 7: finished! after workout measurements: left thigh: 18.2 inches, right thigh 18.5 inches after workout feels: this definitely slimmed my inner thighs, but also as a ballet dancer i really felt like i was bulking my outer thighs as well which kinda freaked me out, so i will not be continuing this workout, but i encourage everyone else to keep going!

So I'm taking a mini brake until my legs get adjusted to the new torture I'm putting myself through. (JK! Started about 4 days ago. I’ll use this comment as my log book. Thank you for the motivation 🥰 Day 1 ✅ was VERY difficult (missed the 2nd day bc of the pain in legs🫣😂) Missed a day ⛔️ Day 2 ✅ easier, still taking breaks. Day 3 ✅ easier, still with breaks. Day 4 ✅ with breaks. Day 5 ✅ with breaks, but not shaking this time. Day 6 ✅ (June 1st 2022) feeling terrible. Tried to force myself to do this without breaks, but it worked the opposite. Fell on the couch with a bouquet of tachycardia and arrhythmia and then felt dizzy 😂🤌🏻 will do this only with breaks! 😂 legs are slimmer today btw 🤔 Day 7 ✅ still w/b. Looking in the mirror every 10 minutes 🥰 I don’t know if this is just what I want to see or I truly see the difference, but my legs look perfect!!! In a week?!! 😍😍😍 So effective! what body type are u? from the looks of it this workout seems more beneficial for ectomorph type bodies. i think because the movements work the muscles a lot. i hope u find a better workout!!

@@AlizaKhan-ot8sm I don't think it really targets claves that much. But It slims down the leg overall *mostly thighs* if you want to slim down your calves, you can look up some workouts on youtube. Search Gloria song slim calve workout. I did hers a few months ago I did get a few results. Hope it helps :)

These are somehow rather advanced workout for my case as I've been taught during my physiotheraphy session by my physiotheraphist ...to lean onto a table with my elbows and lift both my heels at the same time with legs wide aparts simillar like this too.Felt some pains on my fractured feets so I've to be careful only can do twenty reps.😁TQVM Nina ....hope still can pass on my case.

If y’all are ever wondering if this workout works or not........ IT DOES!! I have tried lily Sabri’s, Chloe Ting’s and April Hans inner thigh workouts (and don’t get me wrong, but they didn’t really work on me) but she help me get the space between my inner thighs!!! Uhhh if only I had found this video sooner but yeah that’s some information and I hope it helps! Remember: all body’s are different so I’m not saying that you are guaranteed to have inner thighs but it really did work for me so I do recommend!!!

Sorry I forgot about updating. But I have been doing it for a week now, I do see some differences in my thighs- I lost about 3 cm on each. This really works. Another thing I wanted to say is that I did cardio for 15 mins, I think that helped me too. I didn’t go on a diet, I ate whatever I wanted but in portions. THIS WORKS👏🏻

THIS WORKS. i have weak legs for some reason, so i usually skip leg standing workouts and this made me inconsistent for a couple of days especially this workout is hard, but there's still a huge difference since it also toned my legs. That motivated me to keep continuing especially it gets a lot easier and because i also wanted to model. thank you sm nina! I'll go back after a few days.

since i don't see a lot of updates on progress, i'll try to do one! for a little background, i've done ballet for 10 years now and have been a competitive dancer for 5 years- so lots of muscle in my legs already but trying to slim down the inner thighs!
day 1 measurements (before workout) (six inches below my hip bone) -> left leg: 19 inches, right leg: 19.4 inches
day 1 after workout feels: i definitely feel the burn! i'm not feeling it as much as i thought i would in my inner thighs, more so in the muscle right above my knees- tomorrow i'll try doing a few turnout stretches before to increase my turnout and then see how it goes!
day 2 feels: so yesterday after the workout my legs felt really weak- which is good! today before the workout, i did a few turnout stretches, and really focused on finding and using those inner thigh muscles- feeling the burn a little more! not gonna measure until one week after!

i have really weak legs and inhad hurt my knees when i was young....so it's really hard for me to do this workout...also i always feel pain on my knees after the workout...but the pain has started being less...and i feel more easy doing this workouy than before...thank you so much nina!! love you>

what body type are u? from the looks of it this workout seems more beneficial for ectomorph type bodies. i think because the movements work the muscles a lot. i hope u find a better workout!!
@@jellytoes6143 it would be cool if people wrote their body type when they wrote about the results. my wrist is quite thin so I'm probably an ectomorph, but I'm only on the 2nd day. I would not like to make my legs more massive

@@AlizaKhan-ot8sm Hi! No, it doesn't! It slimmed down my thighs a lot! This workout is perfect if you don't want to have bulky legs. My claves are not bulky at all! I 165% recommend it!

@@AlizaKhan-ot8sm I don't think it really targets claves that much. But It slims down the leg overall *mostly thighs* if you want to slim down your calves, you can look up some workouts on youtube. Search Gloria song slim calve workout. I did hers a few months ago I did get a few results. Hope it helps :)
