I have been doing this excercise for 2 week by now and guys! It actually work! My legs are noticeably slim now!
I’m gonna do this for a month starting today along with more cardio exercises..

REMY MUAHHH i wasn’t that thick to begin with so after doing it for 2 weeks my legs are pretty toned and have slimed down as well. Highly recommend her workouts, they actually work😌🤙🏻👏🏻

Okay, so; for people looking to do this to get results over quarantine...
Do it. Do it. Do it.
I started little over a day ago and within 24 hours I saw small results. This is truly increcible.
that's bs, first you can't spot reduce, when you work only your legs it takes slower to see results, becasue you're not working out any other body part and you can't pick where to lose fat (distribution). It's better to do full body. When you think it looks smaller (especially only after ONE DAY?) its just your mind psycologically playing with you

I did it 2 times
Day 2= still burning, was kind of unmotivated today, but did it xD

Day5= Did it yayy. It wasn't burning that much anymore. Did it like 3-4 times, idk I'm not watching the vid anymore, bc I know the workout, so I did it with listening to music

Btw I'm always measuring on the right thigh, the other one is kind of slimmer lol

Thigh= 58 cm
Arm= 28 cm
Weight= 60,1 kg
After:
Waist= 71 cm
Thigh= 54 cm
Arm= 25,5 cm
Weight= 54,4 kg
I've come far but I´m not gonna give up, i want to weigh 49 so yeah :) And i believe in you! If I can do it you can too! Good luck yall!

great tip for me: don't focus on the timer and countdown for the exercise to be over, i play my favorite song and i do the exercise without looking at the clock for like 10-20 seconds. it makes the workout go by wayyy faster!! i have a great sense of time so i don't look at the timer for like 20 seconds and by the time i check how long is left, it only says there's under 10 seconds of the exercise to do!

I am gonna do this workout each day for a week:
Day 1: was tired after 1 workout video but i did also the Kendall Jenner workout
Day 2: already did it twice today, legs are burning now! I decided to do two more routines!
Day 3: its almost new years so i only did it twice :(
Day 4: since i didn’t did that much yesterday i did first 300 workout ( raises 100x per leg, 100 but toucheds per leg (both versions), 50 front raises per leg) and after that i did this video ( i see a little difference, i got a little thigh gap)
Day 5: ( i’m sorry that I dint updated this because school started) i did this and i was not that tired like i was in *day 1*
After more than a month a decided to do the chloe thing workout it helped me more in 1 day than those 5
Which Chloe ting video ? And did it build muscles and gave you a shape ? Cuz I don't want them ..I need effective legs exercises without muscles or a shape

day3: ✅ still burning! abs + 1 hour walking
day4: ✅ abs+more leg workout by sanne 👌+ 700 jump rope
day5: ✅ abs workout + jump rope + 40 min walking
day6: ✅ abs+more leg workout. (i ate junk food so i will do cardio...)
day7: ✅ abs+ more leg workout. jump rope 10 min
inner thigh: 53 cm (1 cm is good, yeah?)
day8: ✅+ 30 min hiit cardio+ abs workout (i ate junk food again... so i will do cardio)
day9: REST
day10: ✅ and i will do new thigh challenge by chloe (25 days) + 10 min abs

Okay, so for you guys who wanna try this exercise, I’ll tell y’all my results, so I’ve been doing this exercise for about 2 weeks. And I’m very busy so I just did 1 exercise per day and the result I got is great! Even though my thigh gap isn’t wider yet but my legs are lighter than before I tried this exercise. So maybe if you guys wanna get thigh gap or slim legs you can do it 2 exercise per day 😊 (sorry Im not good in english)

Day 1- My inner thighs burned really bad during the whole workout but I really feel good
Day 2 - I did this 3 times today
Day 3- I think I see a little difference in my inner thighs
Day 4- Done!!!! Today was the easiest n i definitely see some changes
Day 5- Done
Day 6- Done I really see the difference
Day 7- Done
I do really see a difference so I m gonna continue this workout for a month
Update: It's been a month since I started doing this workout n I can definitely see some changes in my thighs , they have become more toned n the cellulite has almost disappeared. ..this really works guys
