Ok yea u are probably reading this fir results or to get ur mind off the burn so here is a little tip if u can’t take the burn close ur eyes and imagine ur dream body and think of how this video is gonna hell u achieve ur goal. Or close ur eyes and sing a song time will literally fly when u do these things and u will forget about the burn

This workout is literally gold, I started doing this when I was literally in like 5th grade and knew nothing about fitness or anything at all, today I’m 17 and STILL MY FAVORITE LEG WORKOUT!!! also I’ve done weightlifting, Pilates, yoga, sauna workouts, running, dance, like literally everything and I’m naturally a chubby person. Nothing else keeps me more toned than this leg workout right here paired with light cardio!! 💯

I've been doing this workout (3x a day) everyday for a week and a half~~ it works. My legs *felt* slimmer after a couple days but after 1 week my pants were fitting looser so I measured... Lost almost 1 inch around my thighs. That's a LOT!!! If you're on the fence, just try it! It's not easy but it feels good after. Also sleeping really well lol

@@RK-qe5ny Initially, I didn't change what I was eating, I just did this~~ but after noticing it was working I just tried to make healthier food choices here and there. And start with the healthiest thing on my plate. Not anything too drastic~^^

I just tried this workout for the first time and I thought “this doesn’t look very difficult.” so I added ankle weights and let me tell you... I have NEVER seen my legs shake so mich in my life. SUCH A GOOD WORKOUT

if anyone needs tips to not drop their leg, i’ve noticed personally when i watch her and try to work at her pace and see the timer in makes it so much more dragging but if you look away and just concentrate on watching your leg go up and down it makes the process so much easier and it feels so much better knowing you can get through the full time without dropping. Thought i’d share, maybe give it a try.😊💕

Okay it's been another month and omgggg I lost 4 cm on both my legs and they are so toned. My inner thigh is stilly a little flabby but the rest of my leg is more toned and a lot stronger! I highly recommend to do this workout along with her weekly workout challenges and also switch up different leg workout of hers. Doing this workout and another leg workout from her provides a really good burn. Definitely going to continue this workout! 💖💖💖💖

I’m 41 years old and absolutely love this workout. I have pretty muscular legs but this makes them look so much longer and leaner but with good muscle tone. I love doing this workout as a leg day finisher. So effective and results are fast.

Daiss4 these exercises do target more outer thighs and side booty. if you want an inner thigh burn go to Alexis ren’s inner thigh workout it’s basically the same as this but burns the inner thighs
I am 56 and started doing this exercise in July 2021, now end of December. For the past few months I have done it 3 times every week at the gym. Must say it was pure hell in the beginning but now some days it is almost a breeze. So satisfying. I will continue doing it because my legs feel so great after this exercise.
