      To be fair, there are really healthy pancakes out there (if you can cook). For example, greek yougurt pancake, or banana and blueberry pancake, full of protein. They can help you burn fat more effectively. Black tea can help too!

    I'm going to do an every day review.
    Right leg: 54cm, Left leg: 53cm
    Day 1: ✅ (The wave technique is very effective)
    Day 2: ✅ (My legs hurt as I did it twice today)
    Day 3: ✅ My outer, and inner legs hurt by the next day.
    Day 4: ✅ I can see little results coming on, I'm excitied for day 7!!
    Day 5: ❎ I didn't do any workouts it was my cheat day~
    After 9 days of continuing this workout I have a thigh gap!!
    Right thigh: 50cm left thigh: 49.5cm

      @@Da_spygaming Hey Violet, I strongly recommend that you do it once not twice since I'm eagerly desperate for a thigh gap so i do twice every 2 days (it's effective!). Doing it twice in one day can really make your legs shake.

    THIS IS SO EFFECTIVE!! OMG, I tried to find thigh gap workouts for a long time and none of them worked, until i found this! this works so well in two days my thighs were down from 55cm each and down to 53cm!! in 2 days!! thank you Sanne Vander

    Day three:✅ (my thighs were already 54cm, but I did other workout, 5000 steps daily and a little bit of run)

    I stopped the workout because I was really busy, but I’m going to continue it today, but I’m not going to do it the 10 days I tought because tomorrow is my “measure day” and I will go on vacation, so today (eight day) is the last day

    I see a little difference in my inner thighs. I couldn’t do this workout for a few days and I think that if I did 10/14 days the results would have been better. I recommend this workout? yes!

    i have been so insecure about my legs recently, as it has been summer. I have been wearing leggings/jeans every day to avoid my legs. after starting this workout, I didn't really think it would work. But, I am on day 5 and the results have definitely came in.     Doing this twice everyday for 2 weeks (like for me to remember)
    Day 1:✅ Today was day one and my legs felt really sore and are still feeling like they that. Its crazy how it feels like I am already getting results. Did 2 times in a row
    Day 2:✅ Did it 2 times a row, it burned like crazy and my legs hurt this morning.

    Ok guys , I tried this for you , and this workout WORKS !! I tried it for one week and I could definitely see a big difference . My mom also told my that I slimmed down . But I had also a clean diet and a drank 2-3 lt water per day . If you are searching at the comments for proof if this works , this is your sign to start ! It’s just five minutes , you can do it ! 🌷✨

      @@emersonc1476 I avoided unhealthy foods of course . I drank water 2lt a day, and ate veggies . If you have the desire for chocolate , stick with dark chocolate but do not overdo it . Detox infused water with cucumber , lemon , ginger, green apple, stick cinnamon and parsley helped me a lot to boost my metabolism . As a coffee addict , I like my coffee medium sugared , so I replaced sugar with stevia . You can use stevia everywhere. I did not go hard on myself . I ate five times per day actually . I had 3 main meals and two snacks. As snacks I preferred nuts, yoghurt with honey, fruits etc . It’s nothing hard. It’s a normal eating habit without processed foods. I also ate bread but in a small amount . I ate home based meals , I did not use too much oil while cooking . 🌸

    Ok I’m at not very optimistic about this workout because the last thigh gap workout from her I did was a flop, but after reading so many positive comments I decided to try it and give honest results. I will be doing this once a day along with 4 of Bailey Browns 5 minute abb and thigh workouts. Wish me luck lol
    Left and right thigh gap: 56cm
    Day 1: Done ✅ (I felt the burn)
    Day 2: Done! (Gosh it felt like 10 minutes long)
    Day 3: Done ✔️
    Day 4: Done
    Day 5: Done ✅
    Day 6: Done ✔️
    Day 7: DONE! (Ok 55 left 53 1/2 right thigh gap wow I am surprised guys I recommend this one and not the other I’m going another, ty💕😁)

    Day 10: Done ✔️
    Day 11: Done
    Day 12: Done
    Day 13: done ✅
    Day 14: Done ✅ I lost like 1 1/2cm

    Ok 4 weeks later: 54 1/2 left 52 right. I actually lost like 3cms on my inner thighs. Overall I would actually recommend this workout but make sure to do it with Bailey browns I especially liked this one with Baileys “5 minute inner thigh burn workout💖” my legs look slimmer thx for the likes and support!

    I will keep track of how effective this is while doing it for 2 weeks!
    Day 1: My legs feel great, I think that the inner-thigh burn we did was very effective!
    Day 2: I felt the burn way more today, the wave workout was the one that definitely helped.
    Day 3: I didn't feel much of a burn in my left leg, but my right leg felt like it was on fire! I think that the inner-thigh burn caused most of the burning feeling today!
    Day 4: I see a tiny bit of results today! I don't have anything to measure my legs with so I can't do that- but today the thigh gap push thing, (last workout) burned the most!
    Day 5: I have this all memorized, and I think that the wave has been very effective throughout this workout!
    Day 6: I skipped a day, sorry i was busy, but I will do this workout for 2 weeks exactly, so for today: There was not much of a burn, but the workout that had the quickest reaction to a burn was the thigh gap push!
    Day 7: Throughout this week, I definitely have gotten a thigh gap, but it is small, so hopefully through this next week it will get bigger! But the LEAST effective workout that is in this video has been the butt kicks, with just one leg.
    Day 8: I am gonna try to keep these short now, but today I felt the burn the most out of all the past days. Day 9: Wow, the burn was twice as worse as it was yesterday! I definitely see some results!
    Day 10: There was a burn today, but it was not too bad, I know have a handle on the waves, so they are no longer looking wonky!
    Day 11: I still have a small thigh gap, but today the most effective workout, one with the most burn, was the thigh gap push or whatever its called!

    doing this at first for 2 weeks !
    right and left leg 57cm
    day 1: did it twice, didn’t feel so much burning etc, but gotta hope this really works out
    day 2: legs are hurting little bit because of yesterday’s workout, burns a little bit but feels so good
    day 3: far feels so good, can’t wait for the first week done, so i can check how many CM my thighs are
    day 4: no pain, only a good feeling
    day 6: feels so good
    day 7: no pain etc, not really sure if i see any change, but tomorrow i’ll put the new sized here
    day 8: both thighs are 51cm ?
    i wonder if i measured my thighs wrong on the first day, because i can’t believe i could lose 6cm in one week

    I have been insecure about my thighs for years, so I will try to change that!
    Thighs: 55cm
    Day 1:✅
    I did it twice, my legs hurt and I will do some stretches!
    Day 2:✅
    Completed twice again, i love how you talk with us throughout the workout, this is really keeping me motivated! 💜
    Day 3:✅
    I completed it twice! I almost didn't do it at all, but I got motivated quickly and managed to complete 2 once again!
    Day 4:✅
    Completed twice again! I saw a change and measured my thighs and are now 52cm! Lost 3cm! (I am also doing another workout) I am really proud so far and can't wait for day 5!

    Legs feel like their on fire 😅

    I only did it once, today was really tiring and busy for me

    I found it easier to do each day and I saw improvements in the first day! (Although results may vary) I recommend stretching afterwards. This has helped so much! Good luck to everyone!💕

      Maybe lift your leg till you can feel inner thigh stretch then do workout like that?

    Thank you so much for this video I know its been recorded 1 year ago but I am super happy because I have always had from my knees to my feet skinny legs like no fat but my thighs was on the chubby side and this has helped me I've done this for over a week do I'm nearly done for two weeks and I can see differences! But anyone who is checking the comments I recommend this excercise video. Thanks :)

    day 1: ✅ did this + another 4 leg workouts as well as a 2km run wow (as you can see i had a lot of free time and energy today)
    day 2: ✅ did it + the same 4 tight workouts and a 3km run/walk
    day 3: ✅ did the same as day 1
    day 4: ✅ did the same as day 2

    This is the best workout I've done so far!
    I can watch TV while laying down on my bed or floor and do this!
    I've been doing this for 2 weeks and I've noticed that I have a thigh gap!
    I recommended this workout for everyone wanting to have a thigh gap
    I watch 5 episodes of my fav show and I was still doing the workout!

    I'm doing this for 9 days..
    Day 1- ✅(I definitely felt the burn 🔥J put a lot of effort into the workout this day)
    Day 2- ✅(I felt stronger this time for some season 😂)
    Day 3- ✅ ( I felt better on this say more than the others.)
