To be fair, there are really healthy pancakes out there (if you can cook). For example, greek yougurt pancake, or banana and blueberry pancake, full of protein. They can help you burn fat more effectively. Black tea can help too!

@@Da_spygaming Hey Violet, I strongly recommend that you do it once not twice since I'm eagerly desperate for a thigh gap so i do twice every 2 days (it's effective!). Doing it twice in one day can really make your legs shake.

This work out actually works guys, i started doing it in early june and its august now, I've gone down 3 jeans sizes. I was a size 10 and now im a size 6!

i have been so insecure about my legs recently, as it has been summer. I have been wearing leggings/jeans every day to avoid my legs. after starting this workout, I didn't really think it would work. Ive been doing this for only 3 days and I'm already seeing results! In the beginning I had a barely noticable thigh gap and now I you can see an obvious gap instead. Amazing workout!
I feel like I’m doing this wrong 😢 I don’t feel a burn in my inner thigh I feel it closer to my butt and outer thighs closer to my knees

Ok guys , I tried this for you , and this workout WORKS !! I tried it for one week and I could definitely see a big difference . My mom also told my that I slimmed down . But I had also a clean diet and a drank 2-3 lt water per day . If you are searching at the comments for proof if this works , this is your sign to start ! It’s just five minutes , you can do it ! 🌷✨

@@emersonc1476 I avoided unhealthy foods of course . I drank water 2lt a day, and ate veggies . If you have the desire for chocolate , stick with dark chocolate but do not overdo it . Detox infused water with cucumber , lemon , ginger, green apple, stick cinnamon and parsley helped me a lot to boost my metabolism . As a coffee addict , I like my coffee medium sugared , so I replaced sugar with stevia . You can use stevia everywhere. I did not go hard on myself . I ate five times per day actually . I had 3 main meals and two snacks. As snacks I preferred nuts, yoghurt with honey, fruits etc . It’s nothing hard. It’s a normal eating habit without processed foods. I also ate bread but in a small amount . I ate home based meals , I did not use too much oil while cooking . 🌸

Ok I’m at not very optimistic about this workout because the last thigh gap workout from her I did was a flop, but after reading so many positive comments I decided to try it and give honest results. Overall I would actually recommend this workout but make sure to do it with Bailey browns I especially liked this one with Baileys “5 minute inner thigh burn workout💖” my legs look slimmer thx for the likes and support!

I will keep track of how effective this is while doing it for 2 weeks!
Day 1: My legs feel great, I think that the inner-thigh burn we did was very effective!
Day 2: I felt the burn way more today, the wave workout was the one that definitely helped.
Day 3: I didn't feel much of a burn in my left leg, but my right leg felt like it was on fire! I think that the inner-thigh burn caused most of the burning feeling today!
Day 4: I see a tiny bit of results today! I don't have anything to measure my legs with so I can't do that- but today the thigh gap push thing, (last workout) burned the most!
Day 5: I have this all memorized, and I think that the wave has been very effective throughout this workout!
Day 6: I skipped a day, sorry i was busy, but I will do this workout for 2 weeks exactly, so for today: There was not much of a burn, but the workout that had the quickest reaction to a burn was the thigh gap push!
Day 7: Throughout this week, I definitely have gotten a thigh gap, but it is small, so hopefully through this next week it will get bigger! But the LEAST effective workout that is in this video has been the butt kicks, with just one leg.
Day 8: I am gonna try to keep these short now, but today I felt the burn the most out of all the past days. Day 9: Wow, the burn was twice as worse as it was yesterday! I definitely see some results!
Day 10: There was a burn today, but it was not too bad, I know have a handle on the waves, so they are no longer looking wonky!
Day 11: I still have a small thigh gap, but today the most effective workout, one with the most burn, was the thigh gap push or whatever its called!

Maybe lift your leg till you can feel inner thigh stretch then do workout like that?
Thank you so much for this video I know its been recorded 1 year ago but I am super happy because I have always had from my knees to my feet skinny legs like no fat but my thighs was on the chubby side and this has helped me I've done this for over a week do I'm nearly done for two weeks and I can see differences! But anyone who is checking the comments I recommend this excercise video. Thanks :)

day 1: ✅ did this + another 4 leg workouts as well as a 2km run wow (as you can see i had a lot of free time and energy today)
day 2: ✅ did it + the same 4 tight workouts and a 3km run/walk
day 3: ✅ did the same as day 1
day 4: ✅ did the same as day 2
This is the best workout I've done so far!
I can watch TV while laying down on my bed or floor and do this!

I'm doing this for 9 days..
Day 1- ✅(I definitely felt the burn 🔥J put a lot of effort into the workout this day)
Day 2- ✅(I felt stronger this time for some season 😂)
Day 3- ✅ ( I felt better on this say more than the others.)
Day 4- ✅
Day 5-✅
Day 6- ✅ (My legs were definitely slimmer today.)
