    Everyone thank you for the condolences . 💜 i will update around 9pm . I do this work out twice in a row and then add 20 pushups . I notice a difference now . Doing it for 14 days !

    This helps with big boobs that sag too! My boobs sagged and weren't firm like how I wanted to. And I literally just turned 18!!! So I tried this for only a week! 3 times a day and omg my boobs are lifted and firm!!!! Gonna keep doing this till I die!

      Girl same I hit puberty at 11 and a half and my boobs grew fast but I got fat around 12 due to depression and I really let myself go I am happier now and am 18 and I want my young perky chest I don't mind the size but I want them to look gorgeous and fit thank you for sharing your story wish me luck going to do this everyday for a month🤞🩵🩵

      I've noticed my chest getting more firm and perky! You just have to be consistent, everyones different so you might feel sore in some areas but it definitely works for me! I do it once in the morning and once at night, but that's your choice! Personally for the first week i did it once a day but upgraded to twice a day. :D

      Small size is a blessing. Mine have been large for majority of my life, I’m 19 and they are already starting to sag, you can’t go a night without wearing a bra or you’ll be hurting BUT you’ll be hurting with one on because the straps have to be tight to even keep them up. It’s hard to find an accurate size and you can barely hide them. I’m just here to reduce the sagging

    So I have been doing this workout since new years day and it’s currently January 6th.
    I’ve noticed change in my boobs so this actually does work. I’ve been doing this multiple times a day so it’s effective for me but just always remember whatever you put in is what you get out❤️

    For someone who wants to hear results- 6 week after I start this workout 2 tomes a day my breast is unrecognizable rounder and it is lifted way more. I had big boobd and it was hanging before 6 week. Now it looks like new😂😂

    I’ve been doing this for like 3 days every single day two times AND OH MY DAYS! This really lifted my boobs but not like sooo much, you know. I just see a little difference. Which I’m happy with. It did not only lift my boobs a bit but it slimmed down my arms too😍😍I definitely recommend this workout if you want to lift your boobs.

    Trying this for 2 weeks aswell
    Week 1:
    7/8-Day 1: wasn’t really paying attention
    7/9- Day 2: already seeing a change
    7/10- Day 3 1/2: starting to do this 2 times a day
    7/10- Day 3 2/2: second time really improved it
    7/11- Day 4 1/2: I can see them already coming in as I am halfway through week 1
    7/11- Day 4 2/2: a little late into the night and it’s working really well
    7/12- Day 5 1/2: it is working really well I can already see it getting firm on the 5th day but I’m going to keep going
    7/12- day 5 2/2: finished ✔️
    7/14- Day 6 1/1: done ✅ (btw this was not a typo I did miss 7/13)
    7/15- Day 7 1/1: did it and officially done 1 week and I can see a massive change
    Week 2:
    7/16- Day 8 1/1: a new start of week 2 and I did pretty good
    7/17- Day 9 1/1: did it ☑️
    7/19- Day 10 1/1: I missed 2 days but I came back nice and strong and was ready for todays workout
    7/25- Day 10 1/1 took a little break but I came back strong
    7/26- Day 11 1/1 (forgot to update that day but it was done)
    7/31- Day 12 1/1 took a large gap of a break but it still seems to work perfectly fine
    8/1- Day 13 1/1 just one more day left
    8/2- Day 14 1/1 finished it all
    I took massive breaks yet it still worked perfectly. I’m going to try and make up the days I missed by doing this for 4 extra days but I finished it and it worked

    Seriously love this video so much. I’m 22 so the story about being a late bloomer was very comforting to hear. Also, you making conversation through the video was so nice. The workout ended and my jaw dropped. That did not feel like 5 minutes at all! Honestly I thought we were only about 2 minutes in when you said it was finished. I’m going to try to keep with this workout every day!!!

    I PROMISE I WILL UPDATE!! (doing for around 2 weeks hopefully or more if i see results that fast!)
    LIKE TO REMIND ME!
    day 1: didn’t really struggle too much. i did the workout 3 times and by then i was slightly sweaty and tired.
    day 2: i expected to be sore today however i was not, but anyways today i did it twice and it was not very hard for me.
    day 3: did it once but also did another workout similar to this! obviously not noticing difference yet but that’s okay :)
    day 4: ❌ SKIPPED TODAY!! on a plane. noticed a different that only i can see because of how slight it is
    day 5: did it on my hotel balcony! it was motivating with the view of the city and its palm trees. i did it 3 times and it was sooo tiring.
    day 6: i did it twice. i am unmotivated to do this on vacation.
    day 7: ❌
    day 8: ❌
    day 9: ❌
    day 10:❌
    day 11: ❌
    day 12: back from vacation - did it once i’m feeling very unmotivated today
    day 13: feeling extra motivated today! did the workout 3 times and also did 50 elbow scissors on my own! :)
    day 14: i did it 4 times today!!
    day 15: completed once! noticed a lot of firmness!
    day 16: completed 4 times in a row with two breaks that were about one minute long each
    day 17: ❌ didn’t get to it
    day 18: i did it three times

    Day 1✅ Love how this is such a quick and easy workout and you talking really got me through this video 😂 I could lowkey see a difference !
    Day 2✅ going pretty good the prayer pulses get me every time but it’s still good
    Day 3✅ getting the hang of it getting more easier
    Day 4✅ Today was really easy my arms aren’t that sore and my breast do seem a bit more perky
    Day 5✅ So Easy arms dont hurt at all still seem a bit perky
    Day 6✅
    Day 7✅I’ve been lazy and not wanting to like update but i have done the excersize all these day

    doing this everyday until i see a difference !
    day 1: it was pretty okay, my arms were burning lol but manageable
    day 2: it was okay! my arms felt sore while doing it but it was calm
    day 3: it’s been getting easier to do it, still burns but my breasts feel a little firmer

      ​Actually (my opinion only, if wrong I apologize :> oh, one more thing, I apologize if there is any grammar mistake here, thank you for your attention) in my opinion, maybe this exercise feels more burnt in the arms because the exercises more often use arm strength. But this exercise helps to tighten and enlarge the chest! Even if previously you didn't see the collarbone, this exercise will help to make the collarbone visible!!     Day 1 - 25/06/22: IT FEELS LIKE IM BURNING, I'm so tired, I can really feel the burn in my arms. THE THIRD STEP IS THE HARDEST!!! Hopefully I get better at this.
    Day 2 - 26/06/22: Just finished it again! and well MY ARMS HURT A LOT. It feels like it's burning because of the third step, Though I'm still motivated!
    Day 3 - 27/06/22: Hmm I think I'm getting better at the third step, It's not as tiring as before and felt like the time passed faster!
    Day 4 - 28/06/22: Today felt great! also it feels like im getting to memorize the steps.😅 It also looks like my cleavage is getting tighter, and the shape of my boobs are getting cir-clier ( sorry I don't know any word to describe it better.)
    Day 5 - 30/06/22: gosh i have skipped a day:( was really busy so i forgot, sorry. Still feels burning but better.
    Day 6 - 01/07/22: Getting better at this, I can already predict the steps😅.
    Day 7 - 02/07/22: As today is day 7 i have seen changes to my chest. My cleavage became smaller, it really lifted my chest. Happy with the current result😍😍
    Day 8 - 03/07/22: Same as before, hopefully i get more and more results. still kinda hate the third step🤣
    Day 9 - 04/07/22: Sorry, I forgot to update but i did do it.🤣 My Wifi was so slow that it couldn't update my comment but i really feel my chest has been really firm😍😍
    Day 10 - 05/07/22: I really see some changes but my chest still needs a little more lift
    Day 11 - 06/07/22: the exercise seems to be more comfortable to me. The third step still makes my hands feel sore. But changes seems to come so happy and thankful for that🥰
    Day 12 - 07/07/22: I feel a little tired, some parts are burning. But I know that its like that cause it's workin.
    Day 13 - 08/07/22: just finished and feels a lot better with this. So tomorrow will be the last day. I have seen the change on my chest and really amaze by it🥰🥰
    Day 14 - 09/07/22: So it's done!!! I've finally done this. I have come so far and I'm happy with the changes. Thank you to everyone who watch my comment grow longer everyday. I just want to say that even if you don't do this you are still beautiful. Do it for you and you only. I will still be doing this exercise but will not make my comment grow longer.     As a 14 year old girl who’s not fat fat but not skinny and has saggy boobs 😢 I’m on day 4 of this doing this for 2 times a day u can def seen something and def feel something around the 4th day and u can def feel the soreness I recommend this and honestly if my big girls are feeling a bit insecure if u want to this is such an easy quick way to get something in shape I always way 218 but haven’t checked for a while DONT know if I’ve lost or gained and I’ve also cut back some eating but I’m still eating a bit of fast food and snacks but if u also stick to more water the soda will do u perfect ❤

    I normally don’t comment but this definitely works!!! I cant say how long I have been doing this because I don’t really keep track or I’m really inconsistent with the days, but the days that I have been doing it I do it once in the morning/afternoon and once at night. I honestly did this workout in hopes that I’d get smaller boobs, but the workout does make them perkier! Even if my chest doesn’t get smaller, I’m beginning to feel a little more comfortable with having boobs. Thank you so much for this workout!!

    I haven't really been checking in on physical changes with this one. I'm on day three of doing this twice per day and every time the biggest struggle is that burn in my shoulders. Hoping not only to improve strength through my chest but realizing this is also a really great toning exercise set for shoulders and biceps, so, thank you!

    as a flat 14 year old, i will do this everyday for 14 days and update yall.

    Honest review, I've been doing this video for 3 weeks now and I can see the difference in my breasts. Even though it's only 1 session in the morning. But the results of my breasts are firmer and higher. And this video has entered my exercise routine every day. Starting yesterday I did 1 session in the morning and evening, let's see the results again later. The key is to be consistent even though 1 session per day as long as the routine results are also visible.

    i’m doing this for 2 weeks and here’s what i’ve gotten so far:
    Day 1: i feel the burn and i measured how far i was by finger measurements and before i started i was 3 and now 2 fingers
    Day 2: i can see progress and i really felt the burn
    Day 3: i can tell i grew them and they also help with arm muscles so not only they are growing and lifting up my chest but the workouts are helping my muscles grow in my arms
    Day 4: it gets easier to do the exercises and it still burns but it doesn’t hurt as much, also i my chest looks lifted than what it used to
    Day 5: i forgot to update y’all before but when you wear a regular bra you can see the growth throughout the process and it’s easier to do the workouts now than day 1
    Day 6: honestly i didn’t feel the burn as much and previous days but my chest is getting lifted
    Day 7: i used to have small ones and now they’ve gotten lifted a little and it’s noticeable
    Day 8: not much of a change today i am super sore and i tried my best to do these workouts but so far in this one i didn’t see much of a change
    Day 9: i love this workout so much. i find it easy and so far not much of a change but i still have 5 days so i will have hope!
    Day 10: arms were kinda hurting but not much of a burn. they grew a little and i can see them changing by them getting lifted
    Day 11: they are most definitely getting lifted, i can easily tell by the difference that happened so far! i will keep y’all updated

    Day one: went well, felt a little burn not that bad. No difference yet but it takes time
    Day two: hurt worse than the first day but felt good. Not really a difference
    Day three: just a lot less than day 1 and 2, started to see a little bit of a change
    Day four: doesn’t hurt at all, boobs feel sore which probably means they’re growing.
    Day five: hurt pretty bad today, boobs were very very sore. A lot of difference from day one, I can finally see my boob line!!
    Day six: boobs still hurt a little bit, they also lifted a lot.

    this workout does work but i do recommend doing it 2-3 times instead of just once, it’s only 5 minutes, a 5 minute workout won’t change ur appearance even if you do it every single day, a 15 minute one might. Also don’t make this the only workout you do, but add it to your routine. With that being said, this workout definitely does lift AND enlarge (in my experience) the chest

    Friendly well-meaning ex-gymnast here, PLEASE for the love of god stretch your arms before you do this workout as it might damage your shoulder and arm muscles. I have been doing this excercjse for a while so I can confirm it works but also remember to not rely on this entirely and eat healthy. You got this guys❤

    Make sure you drink milk often

      @@X_personn I do this workout and another lifting chest workout (will edit og comment showing the other workout vid I use) I use those 2 workouts interchangeably and I've been doing then everyday morning and night (mostly just night) also I have been drinking milk often whick also helps the lifting process because of hormones. I have done this workout for abt a month now and I have seen a slight difference from week 2 but you just have to keep consist., the workouts get much easier if you keep doing them ❤️

      @@user-sh4fq2bq5c Yes!! I have seen a slight difference but I also do another workout similar to this one as well (I do them interchangeably) and if you drink milk often and keep consist after a month I've seen a noticeable difference!! Just keep consist and don't give up! ❤️❤️❤️

    *Week1* :I’ve been doing this for 1 week and I can see small difference
    I had pain in my chest for along period of time (maybe 2 years) and finally the pain has gone with each time I do these exercises
    I think my bust wanted to grow but couldn’t (that’s why I felt pain ? Idk) cuz I have scoliosis in my chest area and also waist area.
    My body image isn’t that good but I’m willing to change it by doing exercises. Wish me good luck!
    *Week 2* : I'm done with week 2 and still no difference idk why, I completely forgot to do it the last day of week 2 so that's why I waited one more day to tell the results. I've hope I think the problem is with my back so that's why I'm going to change my bad habits that makes my back hurt me.

    Day 1: ✅ Kind of hurts but keep going, I feel more confident and a little bit of difference!
    Day 2: ✅ I loved it!

    you can definitely feel the burn after and during these exercises, I had to stop a few times bc it was burning so bad 😂 but ill get there if I keep on doing it everyday so I can get use to it.❤
