      @@esraajwamis4738three times in a row whenever you do this workout for the best results ❤ I recommend at least 2 or 3 times a week as well in combination w my other workouts 🥰

    Genuinely practiced the old version of this workout consistently and it definitely works. I did this for strength train without getting super swole. Great to maintain fitness would recommend daily for a low impact but effective routine 👌

    I have done your videos but since having baby #1 and getting pregnant again I haven’t had the time. I wanted to know if this worked for mothers whi have breast fed because your boobs change shape alot and if it does how many times should i do this work out daily? And if i shoukd repeat it more than once in a day
