Hi Vanderfits! I'm finally back with another quick arm slimming workout. You can do these exercises in the comfort of your own home, no equipment needed. I recommend repeating this workout 3 times in a row. This workout is part of our 2 week workout program.

To be honest i'm a early beginner and i did all of these work outs and i'm proud of myself even if my arms were hurting, i'm doing this to lift things.

This video made me realize how weak and unhealthy my upper body is I walk 12000 steps a day but my arms took so many break during this workout , fully by doing this Daily I can lose some arm fat and make my arms stronger
Update: being doing It for 9 days my arm got a bit stronger I take less breaks so I will be doing it twice a day now
2 Update: I got some muscle but my arm fat still exists it’s prob since I wasn’t doing it three times a day I will mix her workout with Chloe ting video
