this workout is a lifesaver ! it works so well. my breast looks so much tighter and lifted which it gives the impression of them being bigger. i’m so thankful for my results !

v yes ! of course they weren’t like extreme changes... but they felt way more tight and it made them look bigger. i did the exercise once every day for four weeks... i recommend this so much !

@@MAI-mq6kv girl thanks so much. Still, I think the bigger problem is my mentality than the actual way I look (im 20 and I searched this at like 3 am). I will ocassionally do this as a part of my excercise routine but acceptance is more important! So I hope you will be happy too, don't stress it too much ♥️
v for sure ! sometimes we see our insecurities WAY worse than what they really are... you’re beautiful and there’s nothing you should change about yourself ! but of course if this will help boost your confidence, i recommend it. have a nice day and thank you !
I'm going to try this coz my arms are really fat and I will for real keep yalls updated and tell you if it works.
Edit- done this for about 2 weeks and i actually see a difference in my arms and bust
Update - i usually do this like 3 or 2 times a day and im thankful coz i def see a difference in my arms,

I'm going to do her workouts for the rest of my life. Never have I seen so fast results from a workout. I've been doing these and another arm workout video from her everyday for the last 5 days. And today I wore a tank top without a bra and they sit so nicely. They are more perky and lifted. I'm so excited for the results after a month of doing these ^^

I can't believe I finally can write a comment that I can see the result! This is my fave arms and breast lift workout so far. I did this for a week (+ 2 days), 2x each day, and I can see my armpit fat is disappearing, although it hasn't disappeared totally but I find a motivation! Also I can see that my breasts lifted! Thankyou Sanne😭 i never believe that i'll give a comment about my result because i've never succeed one before! And finally today. I'll do this for a month!✨

EDIT: Everyone is telling me to update so--- the workout didn't lift my bust- but it strengthened and toned my arms worth it

Hey just thought I would let people know for those wondering, I have been doing these exercises daily for a while and I 100% have a seen a difference in the size of my boobs. Obviously it does not start to show straight away but even after a few weeks I saw my bobs where more perky and almost bigger. After doing them for some months I even went up a cup size in bras! These definitely work and I would recommend xxx

I started this exercise 4days ago and I kept on coming to this video everyday to follow the steps in this video. I haven't seen results yet but I felt the muscle pain in my arms so I guess it's working for me 😁 I hope you could make a video on how to straighten up back bones too 😅 I don't have any back bone problems but it's just I get tired after a while of straightening my posture so if you have any tips to permanently have a good posture, I'd love to try 😊

Omg! I've been doing this for 4-5 days now and this is the first time that I've actually managed to finish it! It's way harder than it looks but it does build up strenght! I didn't think I'd be able to complete it any time soon when I first started!

day 1: had to take a couple breaks because my arms where really hurting but felt good afterwards.
day 2: same as day 1
day 3: a little bit easier, memorized the whole thing
day 4: did the whole thing right before bed, not much difference
day 5: a little more roundish
day 6: I see results already, i’m going to be doing this the full month of march until my new pink bra comes in (27th)
day 7: I see a little bit of a difference, I’m very happy this is working
day 8: not much more progress
day 9: still doing it everyday before bed

Yayy! I am proud of myself. I currently shifted to a pg accommodation and the room is so small and I feel shy to workout in front of my roommate, so I came to the terrace and luckily the people who stay in the Terrace room have vacated I think. I was standing at the entrance the whole time and did the workout there only, so that I would know if anybody comes. I know I shouldovercome this fear, and I will slowly. Thankyou for those reading this, even though you don't really have to🙂. I will do this workout every dya and Even try to do twice.
