I started this workout yesterday along with April Han‘s leg workout
My legs now (yesterday)
Right leg : 21 inches / 54.1cm
Left leg: 21.1 inches / 54.5cm
Day 1 : completed
Day 2 : completed
Day 3 : completed
Day 4 : completed
Took a break yesterday, but I'll do it 2 times today
Day 5 : completed (ngl I see a lil thigh gap which I didn’t have before)
Day 6 : completed
Day 7 : Completed
RESULTS 🥳
Right thigh : 20.6 inches / 52.9
Left thigh : 20.8 inches / 53.6
I didn’t do any diet I ate what I want and I’m not really too disappointed with the results. I’ll measure again tomorrow before doing the workout because right now I took a shower and I think it kinda made my body a bit plump so yea I’ll update again tomorrow morning (idk if that makes sense but yeaaa)
In the morning

I have been doing this workout for more that a month now and I love it.. most of the leg workouts don't work for me but this one worked so well... Usually when workouts don't work for me I stop doing them after a few days but after doing this for like a week I started seeing thigh gaps and my jeans which were too tight for me now fits me perfectly.... I suggest you to do this for a week and see the difference.... All the bestt❤
