Day 4: MY SHOULDERS ARE STARTING TO GET 90 degree it works better if you loose arm fat but either way your shoulders will get better regardless of arm shape if my arms got thinner I’d have Lisa arms though definitely works

I had done it for 4 days and it worked very quickly, but it was a short time and my shoulders fell again. then I did it only once a day for 2 weeks and again, it works a lot 💖

this is probably one of the most effective ones i have found so far, you instantly feel the pull and the best part is that you can do 3 rounds at once! love it!

Same (it’s because I’m 💅🏾)
I am an lazy person, I just do it once 😣 But in the evenings I am going to the park for the jogging for an hour. But believe it, it works,maybe the results are not more noticeable than the people who are doing 2 or 3 times.. But again it suits me!
And when I felt that my arms lost their strength, I began to do that arm and this shoulder exercise, and I gained again the strength, I am happy for it! Thanks a lot!

been doing this for 3 weeks now and this is amazing on so many levels!
I’ve been doing this twice a day for the first week: I started seeing the difference in literally 3 days and by the end of the week my shoulders had that 90° shape I wanted
but what I noticed is that my posture was so much better in general, so I’ve kept doing this workout once a day and I’m not planning to stop lmao I feel so much more confident

And I just failed on the first exercise 😂😂. I can't even catch my hand from behind (i can with right hand but the left one said no, lol). I'm also not able to do the prayer pose. Any ideas how could I improve this? If I just keep doing it the best I can, even if I can't catch my hand now, will it improve with time? Comes out my hands are just extremely inflexible :(
Yeah if you keep doing this it'll make you arms more flexible, so don't worry, it's all ok bb ❤️ don't give up and in no time you'll not only be able to intertwine your fingers in that exercise, but will have better posture too 😉 the key is consistency! ✨

On the cross hands reach, opposite side, I cannot get my hands to reach each other not even a tip. They are far away from each other. I can only do it on one side. 😢
I'm a swimmer and so I have deleted these shoulders and was very insecure about them I didn't know people wanted shoulders like that 😅
