    I had did this workout because I was insecure about my arm pit fat but I’ve been doing this for 3 days so far and I can see a difference!
    Edit: it’s been a couple weeks and now my armpit fat is gone!

    for those wondering if this works IT DOES AND IT WORKS FAST!! I am not even on a diet and I’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks and I can now confidently wear tube tops, spaghetti straps, and those cute off the shoulder tops.

    If anyone's wondering if this workout really works, YES GIRLLL! Go for it! I've been trying this workout for a month and now my armpits fat is almost gone. You can actually notice the result within a couple of weeks. P.S I wasn't on a very intense diet too! 😉❤️

    If this is a "how to get rid of armpit fat in 1 week" shouldn't the before and after pictures be taken one week apart instead of right after each other? It is pretty easy to tell since ponytail looks the same in both pictures

    imma try this
    day 1: my arms killed after like 3 mins, i’m hoping to progressively find it easier after a few weeks
    day 2: i was able to push myself a lot more but it stilled KILLED me
    day 3&4 i didn’t do it 😬😬
    day 5: did this twice today and i’m very happy seeing as i had a two day break, i still got some cramps but i was able to push myself :)
    day 6: same as yesterday, i’m going to do this twice a day
    day 7: it burns so much i got so many cramps today 😭 but push urself!!
    day 8: a small layer is starting to go but i feel like i’m gaining more muscles in my arms than loosing armpit fat 😂
    day 9: im doing video in the morning and another video in the night from now on
    day 10: idk if i’m just bias but damn there’s been small visible change in just a day so that other vid is really good
    day 11: my arm muscles are crazy rn 😂 not much change from yesterday but keep pushing!
    day 12: took a break today
    day 13: since the start, there’s been small but noticeable change which is amazing as it’s only been 2 weeks!
    day 14: the results have motivated me to extra today 😂 it burnnnnsssss
    day 15: to clarify: i do this video in the morning and ‘Gabriella Whited’s’ video in the night
    day 16: forgot to write this lol, same burn as usual but not as bad as the start i think
    day 17: i compared the pictures from today and day 1 and oh my god the results are crazzyyyy
    *im gonna skip to day 30 as it always just burn the same lol*
    day 30: last day !! so i compared the before and after pics and they were genuinely shocking!! i used to have 3 layers of fat but now i (barely) have one! :) sometimes i just felt like giving up but please push urself! the results are so worth it! good luck guys

      jxo • I have asthma and at 7:14 I was out of breath and wheezing the middle part of 7:14 when you have to but your belly down like that made me wheezy for some reason idk I’m 11 so I have never really done workouts with my arms and stuff lol I’m just insecure

    Started doing this 5 days ago and the fat is gone! This workout is a life saver I’ve spent summers not wanting to wear nice tops as I’ve been insecure about them, so glad I can now feel confident in showing my shoulders off, going to carry this on for a couple of weeks more but I am already happy with results! Would recommend to anyone💕

    I used to be very insecure of my armpit fat. I have been doing this workout for about 4 months (yes I know very long) and my armpit fat has gone from 3 flaps to 1 little one. I used to have a lot of armpit fat so my results are taking longer and that's completely okay. Please remember that results take time and the process is different for everyone. (I also took some time off this workout to give my body the rest it needs).

This is my first day and I couldn't do the floor exercise cuz I was too afraid of me breaking an arm but I think I'll be able to do it in these 30 days hopefully. 😂

    Update
    Day 1 : My arms burning 🥵 but I did it 🍀❤️
    Day 2 : Still a great workout and I did it again ins so motivated
    Day three: I combined the workout with an ab workout and I feel soo good I love the workout still no change but nothing happens overnight so keep it up
    Day 4 : my arms are burning like fireee
    Day 5: idk but I really think this is gonna work
    Day 6: this is crazy burning but I’m still gonna do it
    Day 7: OMG one week and my arms feel so good my armpit fat is still there but I can see it melt off 😂
    Day 8 : I can’t wait to see results
    Day 9 : 🤤 I did it again
    Day 10 : I did it and I feel like my arms are falling of
    Day 11-13 : I Was swimming 🏊‍♀️ on both of the days I think that’s good for the arms to ( not the fun swim I really concentrate on my arm movements)
    Day : swimming again
    15-20 I did the workout as usual but I went to the gym so I. Didn’t update
    Last 5 days went bc I was at hospital 🏥😷 I broke my leg while doing gymnastics 🤸‍♀️😂
    I stopped bc is already have my results and I love them ❤️

    Day 10: 2/3 Done. That was hard but I pushed through!

    Subscribed. Honestly, it’s great to keep it simple. A work out doesn’t have to be complicated. It just takes a try again and keep trying attitude. If you can’t do the full-time. Just put on a timer and try and increase your time every day or every other day. If you stay with it, you will see results, and you will eventually be able to do the full routine easily.

    30 seconds into the first excerise and im looking at how much longer the video lasts!
    Im going to try this
    Day 1: somewhat managed, had to take breaks and rub my arms!
    Day 2: already built some resistance! Didn't need to take as many breaks and they were mostly towards the end
    Day 3: starting to feel it again! Had to take breaks again! But good thing with this excerise is its quite short so easy to commit to. Will be keep on going!
    Day 4 and 5: Totally forgot to do it over the weekend
    Day 4: even though i missed two days still committing to 7-14 days. Though i just realised this is an armpit fat video and not arm fat :/
    Day 5: really couldn't be bothered but i forced myself to do this! That's 5 days done! Just two more days and itll have been a week!
    Day 6: done today.
    Day 7: done! Done a whole week! Unfortunately i didn't realise it was an armpit workout and not an arm one so i was not really observing, but... i do think it works! My underarms are lean! And i had trouble in this area i would have kept going, but i think im going to keep it at 7 for now and go find an upper arm excerise!

    I started this workout Monday along with the “How to remove armpit fat in 1 week | Intense” by Sanne Vander and when i tell you I have seen results i truly mean it. Today is Sunday so tomorrow will be a week for me, I do this workout on an everyday basis, and i promise you as long as you’re consistent as well you will see results !!

    Both my arm: 28cm
    Day 1: Done
    Day 2: Done
    Day 3: Done (both my arms lost 1cm)
    Day 4: Done
    Day 5: Done
    Day 6: Done
    Day 7: Done
    Result after a week:
    My arms are more toned than before, however my flappy parts on my arms are still there.
    I lost 1cm in total so my arms are now 27cm.

    Thank you so much for this workout!! I'm almost 70 and hate the sagging, loose skin in the underarm area. I always wear an additional top with my t-traps or short leave shirts because I'm embarrassed by the fat. I've got great arms and shoulders but this area is much too soft and loose.     I have literally been doing this for two days and I already see a difference!
    My armpit fat has always been one of my main insecurities and I have tried so many different workouts but none actually worked but this one definitely does! It does get tiering but its so worth it. My goal is to be comfortable enough to wear a vest in summer.

    Wow I never worked out before, this is the first work out session I have been doing because i am quite insecure about my armpit fatness, I've tried it for 4 days continuedly so far. I skip the abs work out part because my room is not equipped and not big enough to do that. Just after 4 days I can really see the difference, i am so happy, i am going to do that for 10 minutes everyday for a month. Let's see how, i am confident about the result. Love it, thank you so much

    Guys, it's not very hard and it took only 10 minutes a day for a few weeks, if you can't do the ABS work out, just skip it like me, during her abs work out we just continue with the arms instead. Perhaps it'll take longer to get rid of the armpit fat but at least we are trying. I am sure the result will amaze us and we will feel worth it the time. Don't give up. Keep trying the best you can.

    Been doing for a week now. Today (8th day) I managed to complete all the sets with only 5 secs breaks! Its hard and it does make your arms burn like hell but i can see a tiny difference already. My arms feel lighter as well!

    I've been doing this workout for about a week straight now and i promise that the more you do it the easier it will get to do the movements, I've been seen a bit of progress and I'm determined to do it for maybe a couple more weeks to get the results i want.

      @@svetlanakusnirova4769 Definitely got a bit more toned! But for quicker results when it comes to losing arm fat or toning your arms lifting light or heavier weights work very quickly in my experience.

    First timer here. I'm starting this workout and will do it daily as suggested. So fingers crossed that it works! I have alot of armpit fat but its only on my left side which is SUPER weird. . .I absolutely HATE it so I'm willing to do wutever it takes 2 make it disappear. I'll come back with an update 😊🏋‍♀️💪🏻👍🏻

    DAY 1 .Today is my first day of this workout. Just finished it. I felt it more in upper arm deltoid bicep and tricep. Very intense workout. Will try to update each day when i do this workout

    I am beyond shocked at how much I felt this on day 1! I thought I was relatively in shape.. lies! I cant do side planks! Ty for giving me something to aim towards and also some new arm work outs to add to my work out plan 💪🏼❤

    i’m telling u guys right now this works soooo well i’ve been doing about 4 arm/ armpit workouts every day for a month and it only ever made my arms so much slimmer but not my armpits i did this one for only 2 days and saw such a big diffrence on my armpit fat

    I thought I'd share my experience with you guys after doing this a few times a week since January.
    when I started I had sooo much fat on my armpits and I realized that I wanted them gone. I started doing this workout every day and in the first week it was mostly truly gone!
    I still have some "fat"(?) left but I'm almost sure it's bc I have some loose skin there. also if you really focus on your muscles it is also good for the other parts of your arms and they can get toned so good! (especially your shoulders so you get a nice definition there)
    what I'm saying is this workout totally works! you'll see results in a few days or a week!

    I’m gonna be honest with everyone this really does work and I never actually finished this video I only do the first two exercises (1 minute diamond 1 minute up and down 2x) and my armpit fat and just fat in general has decreased significantly this is a must do

    Hey so this is day 1 Wednesday, July 5th of 2023! I have some under arm fat but it’s not a lot but I am planning on facing my fears of my insecurities and finally deciding to wear tank tops but in order for me to do this I wanna get rid of my under arm fat so this is day 1 of me trying I will notify you guys on day 2, day 3, and so on til I see a true difference! 💕

      I tried it for two weeks did not see much difference. I did measure it and just lost like 0.1cm in 2 weeks and ate healthy too but that’s hardly anything with other workouts I lost more they involved planks and push ups

    Ok i'm gonna document every day I do this so you can see progress and so I can stay motivated!
    Day 1: Took multiples breaks...felt like I was unscrewing my arms. Day 2 : Didn’t take a break but...my arms burned like crazy 😝

    I am trying this workout with no changes to my diet, once a day everyday along with some separate ab exercises I found online.
    Day 1 - It was difficult but I don’t think I done it right. It wasn’t that sore and I didn’t need to stop at any time.
    Day 2 - it burned a lot more this time but I still didn’t stop during it.
    Day 3 - Armpit fat is slightly smaller. However no difference to arms. It still burned and I’ve decided to skip the plank part since I find it really hard to balance on one arm. I’ve substituted it for normal planks during my ab workout .
    Day 4 - It burned but it’s getting easier
    Day 5 - I tried on some of my favourite spaghetti strap tops and definitely noticed a difference already!! My arms are still large but armpit fat has gone done significantly.
