    I personally watch prerecorded videos. I'm not yet a member. I do love your chair workout. I am a 50 year old overweight female. Both knees are bone on bone, very painful for me. I also have major problems with my feet. Both left and right feet have been broken twice. I have lost 48 pounds, so your seated exercises have helped me tremendously! I can't do a lot of the standing exercises. You, sir, have been God sent to help people like me!

      Excellent video and explanation. I just watched a video of yours for the first time and then watched this one.
      I was impressed with the first one I watched and when I saw this in the "Q", I was curious and watched it.
      Very understandable as to what you're looking for. You need more FEEDBACK from viewers and members so you can sustain and grow your brand, and keep the interest of your members.
      I give you a LOT of credit for this video and coming forward with your concerns.
      For what it's worth, here's my 2cents.
      DON'T give up on the chair workouts! You just need to JAZZ them UP!
      Make them more energetic and entertaining without cheapening it.
      Try different chairs. Try different locations.
      Try upbeat music.
      Add a dog to your videos, everyone loves a pet!
      Make the chair workouts a PARTY!
      Take the chair workouts out of the gym and put them into real life settings and situations.
      Example. Someone sitting in a waiting room at a doctor's appointment could be doing some exercises and no one else would know.
      Someone waiting for an oil change at a tune up place could be doing a workout.
      Maybe someone at a restaurant waiting for a table or their meal could be doing a workout.
      Maybe do a "man on the street" sort of a video. Put up a sign with a chair and ask strangers to try a simple routine and get their reaction. Offer them a hat or Tshirt for participating.
      Maybe ride a bus or train and show different workouts you can do while commuting to and from work!
      How about doing a simple routine for the chair and then showing how that routine is used in everyday life.
      All the movements we do all day long are actually just small little exercises. Sitting down, standing up for a chair or seat. Reaching for something for a seated position. I could think of hundreds of different situations where you could do a chair workout. The fun part would be acting them out. Even though the workout would be the same, just show people from different walks of life doing them so your audience can relate to them.
      Everything you're doing is great. Let's just get creative with it and have fun with it.

    I am a 72yr old lady who adores you and your positive chair video workouts and recommend you to all my friends! I do chair fitness but also combination workouts of yours. I have been exercising for almost 40 years at all levels. What I love about you is you treat me as an individual not just a senior. I still exercise more like a 55yr old. People need to treat seniors by what they can do and not by their looks or age. And you my friend have that ability. Do not give up for you are amazing! Not just for us seniors but all ages. I think your specialty is extremely needed for all types of people and ages. During the pandemic you kept me in good shape and mentally healthy. Thanks for all you do for me and others. I couldn't afford to join but today I am joining up with you because I believe in (You )!

    Donovan, I am 72, retired and have a sedentary lifestyle. Your chair exercises have been a godsend for me. They are short, but still long enough to achieve results. You are gifted with some fun humor during the exercises which helps make the time fly by. I have not checked out the dumbbell exercises, but that is next on my list. Already, I am starting to see the difference. Don't ever give up on yourself, or stop believing that you are making a difference to a lot of people.

So many people, for so many reasons, need the simplicity of just a no frills/tools chair workout… and also your positive, encouraging and supportive words. Folks living with pain, ailments or rehab limitations all need understanding and acceptance of their limitations… and you give that!     I love your chair workouts! I am a fit 57 year old who was injured in a tractor accident
    I can’t do “normal exercises” while I heal but I don’t want senior exercises

I love that I can sit and still workout.     Hi .. I have literally just come across your kind self as I have just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis (been in the rotten menopAuse since I was 42 I'm now 55) .. And I seriously want my life back .. I used to cycle to go the gym loved les mills body balance but due to just life in general things have gone a tad down hill I'm overweight (2 stone) and again knees are now bone on bone and I have to say you seem like a revelation ..     I am a member and have really missed your emails for the past 3 weeks. I love all the exercises you do especially your chit chat. It makes me smile.The biggest thank you is that John had an ankle replacement 2 years ago and cannot do many exercises standing up so your chair workouts were a gift that I found on youtube. So many to choose from to keep the interest level up. I have no complaints. Just love what you do. Thank you.

I have arthritis which affects my knees most often so your chair workouts have been a game changer for my movement goals. I really prefer the chair exercises, but will enjoy some standing too, on the floor is a little more challenging for me but I could try …..Hope your are feeling better WE NEED YOU!!!! 😊

    Mr. Green, your chair workouts are life changing. My husband is a former athlete and thought the chair workouts wouldn't be effective for him. Well, he's obviously competitive so I convinced him to do a challenge with me where we had to do two rounds of one of your workouts. Let's just say he tapped out and was sweating bullets. 😂 He was completely shocked at first but is now a believer.
    I feel that you could rebrand the chair workouts by showing various age groups in some of your videos so people won't assume they're just for our elders or the injured. I tell everyone I know about your channel and hope that you've gained new subscribers as a result. 🙏🏽

    I am 62 yrs old and h e a v y. I need to start in the chair to protect my joints. I'm hopeful that I can expand as I drop weight. Today is the first time I've seen a video (10 min chair lose belly fat) and it was just what I was looking for. It looks like you have many fabulous workouts for me to start with.

    I stumbled on utube chair exercises after a hip fracture after a fall walking my very strong 80 pound puppy. They literally saved me from going into a deep depression during the healing process as I do some form of exercise daily. I have continued to do the chair exercises because even though I consider myself quite fit, having done triathlons, spin classes and outdoor bike rides, I know giving my knees a break at age 69 once in awhile is a good thing, Please keep them coming:)

    Hi Donovan, I don't know if I can always comment, but I'll give you this :-) I'm a very fit 64 yr old who works out regularly. Normally I cycle daily, walk a lot, go to the fitness studio (also has a pool) or the yoga center. But I broke my left leg for the second time recently. For this reason I looked on youtube for chair fitness and was really impressed by yours, because as you say it is not for old or unfit people at all! I'm challenged by it and it's helping me heal and helps me not turn into a dough ball being bedridden for 8 weeks... so thank you... also for your great personality.

    I don't know what I'd do without the chair workouts. I'm only in my 40s but I have serious leg issues from standing long days. And terrible sciatic. The ONLY reason I can even attempt to get back into better health, is your videos. The ability to 'rest' my lower body but still be actively engaged in core exercise is HUGE. I don't subscribe to many things, my budget squeaks, but you are the top of the list. Thank you for sharing your talents.

    Chair workout guy here, due to severe mobility issues involving a pinched sciatic nerve. I just recently came across your videos. I did a search for "chair workouts" and your channel came up. I think your chair workouts are great -- actual lifesavers. I would like to see chair workouts with dumbbells and workouts to get my heart going, i.e. aerobic/cardio workouts. Thanks again!

    I am so very thankful that I found your chair workouts! After a car accident that resulted in a TBI and multiple physical issues my fitness disappeared.     I was a member. Money is tight.
    I'm disabled and I enjoy your chair workouts. But my goal is to get out of the chair.
    I cannot do standing workouts unassisted.
    I like your workouts, because they're not too easy, and I can get a real workout. Love that I can burn real calories. Just like everyone else.
    There's a big gap in fitness workout videos right now. That is a video for people who just coming out of physical therapy and may not be able to stand and then those who are fitness ready!
    I appreciate you helping me with the chair version.
    Maybe try a standing version together with the chair version on one video.

    I discovered your chair workouts during Covid and was so happy! I struggle with most ab exercises because of lower back issues and the chair exercise worked well for me. I do mostly standing ab workouts now because floor exercise cause so much discomfort. I wish you much success in the future.

    I have been dealing with extreme fatigue for over a year post covid , bearly able to even walk my dog. Finally feeling better, I woke up today and decided to find daily stretch and work out videos. I was trying to click a video next to yours but thankfully I selected your stretch video instead. I liked it and you from the get-go.
    I then stumbeled on to your Where is Donovan video and I was even more impressed. You came across extremely genuine, personable and open even sharing your need for more motivation.
    Feeling connected to a trainer via CZcams is pretty miraculous. I feel your desire to educate and improve your vewers health. My dog has informed me she will pay for membership once she gets long energized walks again . Ha ha 😊. Ty- Elizabeth

    I've only just recently found your workouts. They are really great. I am a 64 year old woman with spinal stenosis, spondylosis and no cartilage in my right knee. And the main reason I subscribed is for the chair workouts. However, I also do hallenge myself by doing unseated, stand up workouts as well. Youre absolutely right that $15.00 a month is a very reasonable amount to pay for good quality training such as you give. You deserve every penny and more. But I am on a fixed income and need to watch my spending. I appreciate so much the free content you provide on YT. So I'll continue on YT and if I see in a month or two that your paid content is a good fit for me, I will join as a paid member. Is that fair? Thank you so much for your great free workouts. It is so appreciated.

    I'm so happy I found your videos a little over a month ago. I was looking for chair exercises, as I have severe arthritis in my feet, and I'm trying to get stronger before a foot surgery in July. Thanks to you, I have been consistent in my exercise for over a month. Normally my goal is to lose weight, but because of the pending surgery, my goal is to get stronger. Thanks to you, I'm feeling stronger🙂. I think you should mix up your videos to meet the needs of both chair and non-chair audiences, but I love what you do! I'm not young, but I'm not old (53). With your videos, I'm preparing for my upcoming surgery and getting stronger.

    My friend I lost my beloved husband in November. I broke my right wrist and left ankle and spent a month in the Hospital & rehab. Ashford Fitness Society is on pause. Unsure of my future. We have the strength to continue to better ourselves and community. I miss your work outs. G-d bless ❤ps. Love the chair workouts & kick boxing from the chair , standing abs & balance rock.

    I had so much inflammation I could barely stand up and move around to use bathroom but after I started to switch my diet amazingly my body was feeling so good I could get up and walk with no pain your chair workout gave me another chance to getting my physical life back and will always support my black men it very important that we do so as race thank you for giving me a second chance at living again oh yes I'm now 300 pounds

    I think that you posting this and asking for feedback is one of the best things you can do. You will gain great insight about which community to serve. I’m addition to that, take sometime getting back to basics and spend time defining your niche market, who YOU want to serve and why. I started following you for chair workouts because of a hip issue where I was sedentary pretty much 24/7. I didn’t want that to keep me down and your motto “no excuses” spoke to me. I’ve had a hip replacement and I am now allowed to do some exercises and will come back to your videos because you share GREAT stuff that empowers me…and yes, I will be joining the membership and LOVE the idea of NO FB group! I teach social media and would be happy to serve as a sounding board and help out with whatever I can!

    I feel the same way Alinnq Nelson that commented earlier does. I need a hip replacement and I have had bariatric bypass surgery to help me lose weight to get to my hip surgery weight i need to get to. Without your chair workouts I would’ve stalled in my weight loss by now. I am 55lbs down and you are my secret ingredient to that. Thank you for what you do!

    I just saw this video today. I had an hysterectomy on 3/30 and was told I couldn't lift anything excersize etc. If I would have known about your sit down excersize I definitely could have been working out. My doctor said I can only walk to prevent hurting
    my surgery. God Bless you n have patience your business will take off.

    Donovan, your chair workouts have meant everything to me and my dad. You made exercise and weight loss feel possible after years of feeling defeated! We still do them even though we have been able to physically graduate to other stand up exercises. But we still love your chair workouts and they really are killer workouts. We are both so thankful for them and you. :)

    I just discovered your 10 minute chair workouts. Wonderful! I used to dance and hike, etc. But now I can't do those things, and I have become overweight. I hate this. Every exercise program I found, I couldn't handle. My hips and knees would scream. I have a replaced knee and doctor wants to keep me from having to have surgery on my right knee. It's not that I would not be willing to have the knee replaced, but he says it isn't time, yet. Both my hips have arthritis. I have had pain shots to get by. I can't handle my treadmill anymore. Then I found you a few weeks ago. I discovered that I can do the chair exercises without hurting my knee or my hips. I may not have lost much weight, but I am looking so much better. I feel stronger. I have to tell you that I enjoy your spontaneous comments while you are exercising. You make this fun. Ten minutes is enough for me. I know I have worked hard. Maybe I should say that I am on the sunny side of the 70's. Not a young girl anymore. Just know, I thank you. I appreciate you.

    I love the chair workouts! I"m 61 years old and trying to get back on track. I need to lose weight and tone. My lower back hurts when I lay on the floor to do ab exercises. The chair is a perfect remedy for that. I also like the other exercises that require standing. For older people the chair is a great alternative to a great exercise! Keep up the great work that you provide !

    I love your chair workouts. I'm 65 young of age. Our had alot of mishaps in my life since 1981. From an auto accident, I've had multiple surgeries. As the years went by I developed neuropathy in my feet and legs. I can't jump , hard walking up stairs bending and getting up. I started seeing your videos and doing them to the best of my ability. I also do floor exercises. Some exercises require balance which I like of. I appreciate you because you try to help others. Please keep exercising you are part of makes my day. Thank you

    I used your chair workouts after I had foot surgery was completely non weight bearing for 6 weeks. I loved them and was so grateful to have an option during that time!! Thank you for getting them out there for us. Glad to see you back and doing well! God bless!

    I love the chair workouts, and I'm only 32 lol so I would love to see more full body workouts for busy moms/parents. And I'm struggling with meal prep. If you would do something like that, that would be a God send. Thank you for hearing me out😊

    I am a late bloomer you can say. I found you on CZcams. I am a 50 year old woman and I am going through somethings with my health. Working out was very hard for me well until I found you on CZcams! Since I have been doing your workouts I have lost weight and my energy levels are getting better. I am back to work and will be signing up for a membership with you. I started off doing chair exercises but now I want to start doing your workouts without the chair. Even with that being said I would still at times do the chair workouts because as you have said if your doing it properly you will still get results. I am a witness to that. Glad to hear your back and look forward to all the new workouts.

    It’s July 8/23. I just started doing your workouts as I have a stress fracture in my foot. I am used to walking 3-5 miles/day with my dog. These chair workouts have been a godsend as I can still do exercise without standing. I particularly like the abd workouts and the arm sets. I like your positive attitude and your work hard mentality. I feel like I’m accomplishing something and have noticed an increase in strength. Keep going! You’re the best!

    I want to say thank you. I just found your CZcams channel and I am thrilled to find a workout that I can do sitting down. I delivered twins cesarean almost a year ago and I need to lose 40 lb. It's really hard having all this extra fat wear the scar is. But I felt that your chair workouts really target the area for me. I am 37 years old and I am so grateful for your videos.     I had bariatric surgery two years ago. I had lost over 100 lbs my first year, then my best friend passed away from Covid and I went into a deep depression. Since then I have gained abut 60 lbs back, my mobility is once again hampered due to the weight. I have a hard time walking without assistance and I spend most of my time either sitting at my desk or lying in my bed watching tv. I have restarted my nutrition through my dietacian and I was looking for exercises I could do from my chair. I found your 20 minute chair workout featuring your mother and was relieved to find out I can do most of the exercises. Thank you, I have hope again that I can drop the 260 pounds I need to get healthy and to be able to move around on my own, and take care of myself.

    I just found you 3 months ago and I love the chair workouts . I joined your website immediately. I had a knee replacement and my left knee is really bad . I have degenerative disc disease and many other problems . You're chair workouts kick my butt and I love it . I've lost 30 pounds in 3 months . I met my husband when I worked at a bikini bar and 16 years later and 150 pounds heavier I'm a mess . You are changing my life !! I thank God everyday that I found you !!!

    I 42 year old and do your workouts while at work. I work on concrete floor so high impact workouts are floor workouts are no good for me. So love that you do chair workouts that are good for everyone. You get what you pit in and I appreciate you coaching me

    I love the ab chair workouts. I can see such a huge change in my abs after finding it about 2 weeks ago. I have tried about workouts on the ground and standing up, but I wasn’t seeing any results. You have helped make my core SO much stronger. I love how you explain how to do the exercise and comment right at the time that I am slacking off without realizing it. 😀
