Yo. This was the most easily challenging workout I’ve ever done. I’m almost 500 lbs and I did almost the whole 10 mins without breaks. Modified some parts. Went all in on others. Will continue to use this when I’m not able to go to the gym.

Knee issues shouldn't stop you from getting healthier and stronger. Other parts of the body need to be worked on as well. When the knees are ready, then we go in gently and get those knees strong! Keep on striving for improvement.

Where have I been. Just found this video today. Did two on my lunch break, & I am sweating like I spent an hour in the gym. I love it. ❤❤❤. I had the eating right down. I love cooking healthy. I started Ozembic 9 months again and was losing weight but wanted to up my fitness. I started working out but I have terrible back problems. I love that your chair workouts are low intensity but still hard enough to feel like I’m working. I workout with your videos everyday. 90lbs Down!

I truly appreciate you. I've recently had foot surgery therefore I have mobility issues. Your workouts have kept my body moving & my mind from going CRAZY! Being complacent when you're normally busy biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, cross training, jump roping and hula hooping is EXTREMELY difficult. So I appreciate you more than words can say.

It’s 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 I feel so energized after. I tell you after you said breathe baby breathe I realized I was holding my breath 😂😂😅😂 love this workout!! Thanks!! Recently my doctor recommended I do chair workouts as most times my old foot injury act up and I’m not able to do regular exercises. Perfect time thankfully I was able to keep up the whole 10 minutes!

Believe it or not, I was able to polish my own toenails for my daughter's wedding. I haven't been able to do that for years. My knees just don't work with stand-up exercises. Greetings from Poland! You are a very positive person, I'm glad I found your channel. It helps me a lot, 2 months ago I had an accident, I broke my knee and so far I can't put any weight on it. Your workouts allow me to exercise my upper body without affecting my knee. I love these workouts! (of course I consult them with my physiotherapist) Thank you! 💪😁

As a Lady of barely 45 years. 3 children, hypothyroidism due to cancer twice(full thyroidectomy) setting off fibromyalgia, CFS, RLS and landing me on disability for the last 14 years. I dislocated my left knee in January 2024. Being on the floor is not conducive yet. I'm trying to build strength in my core just as a general rule but also for a dance class I recently started. Your video was great. I felt it without feeling stressed by it. I did sweat but had zero issues keeping up. The minutes flew by and you kept me on the edge of my seat, 😉..

Never done a seated ab workout until this one and about halfway through I felt it working. I did a few of the modified ones as my core isn't that strong, but I know I'm going to feel it tomorrow.

I injured my foot in which I had to restrict my activity in order for my foot to heal. It has been 5 days & I need 3 or 4 more days to completely recover. So far I have Completed 3 workouts this week. You are a life saver as I could not go 10 days without working out.

Just found this today, and I am SO happy!!
I have several medical issues that make it very hard for me to do any sort of cardio; any sort of elevation change and I become dizzy. I used to be fairly fit, but as my health has deteriorated, so has my physique, which is very demoralizing.
So when I found the website that advertised an ab workout while sitting down, I wasn't expecting much, but I figured it was worth a shot... And then I DID it! The whole thing! Not easily; it was a HELLUVA workout, but one I could actually do. For the first time in forever, I managed to break a sweat without fear of passing out, and I feel *good*.
I'm gonna stick with this for sure; THANK YOU for sharing!!
