    I'm enjoying your videos. Thank you for your motivation. I started your workout as an added effort to regain strength and save my life. I lost my husband 2 years ago. Grief consumed me. My doctor told me in the first year of my loss that if I couldn't find a way through and out if the grief, I'd be dead in a few months. I give God the glory for never leaving my side and pulling me up and through this battle. Now, I'm working on my health. Thank you for helping me with your workouts and positive motivation.

    I turned 62 years young today. I look and feel fantastic. But do need to incorporate exercise on a daily basis. I wake up stiff as heck in the morning before work.     I was sitting at my desk and wanted to find a way to get in some cardio, and this was awesome! I did the movements quickly and with intention. My BPM got up to 124 WHILE IN MY DESK CHAIR! This was awesome! Thank you! I can get in cardio while in a Zoom!

Just found your channel - I had a DVT and supposed to keep moving but have a chronic foot injury (cause of the DVT) that makes it hard to get around and exercise enough to keep me safe, so it's wonderful to find things I can still do to move my body and keep the blood moving!
