I was in an accident and have been in a wheelchair for months. During physical therapy 3 times a week they only concentrate on my injured leg so, I could tell all my other muscles were very rapidly deteriorating. It is amazing how quickly muscles deteriorate. I discovered your channel and it has helped me a lot. Thank you so much and God bless you!!!!!!
I hope your still doing these. For me, because I have fallen so much, Dr. would KEEP sending me to physical therapy. Which for me, became boring. I found these on tv and have been doing them for about 2 mos. I LOVE THEM. i graduated myself to do other of his longer ones. I always come back to this one. Its like a cool down for me.

I am recovering from 1 year and 2 month long, screwed up hysterectomy (Feb 2023) which resulted in 5 total surgeries and finally a wound vac. Then, this past April, I had hernia surgery from all the past surgeries.
This workout had me sweating and struggling. I appreciate this workout and I am hoping that eventually I will get back to where I was before the hysterectomy.

This is such a great workout. My husband and I both do it and we are in our 70's. He has some major issues and it's hard right now to find something he can do. He does take a daily walk and lifts some arm weights but hasn't been able to go to the gym and work on his core. This is fantastic. Thank you very much, Donovan!

Neck is a huge issue, I feel I can't do any modification, there's always a body part with an issue back, neck, mostly, so I'm going to give this a try! Hope it helps.

I can't do exercises on floor., but a thin piece of plywood on bed( or just bed) I can.
I have never seen exercises done sitting down, I will start doing these exercises thank you very much. I am over weighted like around 300 lbs. and my height is 6 feet, I will do my best every single day practicing the same exercises shown through this video, thank you very much Donovan Green Fitness and I am 54 years old.
I'm 68' and 6'4" at 192 lbs. with a sketchy back. I do some of your exercises at my fitness center. Glad I found you. Upload more videos for us older folk.

This is helping me. So glad I found this. Less leg, back, and knee pain. The first few times I had to go potty right after is that normal? I'm 69 this year and my children also like this for me. I'm from a Senior Community in Charlotte NC. 😊

THANK YOU SO MUCH for this video! I have always struggled with crunches bc it hurts my lower back so much! No matter how much I focused on proper form, it hurt. I feel like I worked my abs better and kept them more engaged with this workout than I have in a long time. This will be a regular part of my routine.Thanks again!

Thank you! I actually did these still in bed. I just sat on the side of my bed for the sideways reaching part. This is great. I am a wheelchair user with limited walking due to poor core. This felt great. I was able to feel my muscles working. I can tell my abs don't engage as much as my lower back and thighs but that is okay. I am positive with consistency, I can get better. My core/abs is my problem area. Whatever improvements I can get will be great. Also, I like that this is a short video. I was trying another one and it was too long. This amount of time to start out is awesome. Made me feel accomplished.👏♿💗👩🏫

Just tried your other video for the first time and now tried this one. I underestimated this! All I can say is wow! I need a better chair 🪑 but not going to use that as an excuse. I have rotator cuff & severe knee injury. The local pools have been closed due Covd-19 and the water exercise was great. I’m so thankful for these chair workouts . Please don’t stop !

THANK YOU.... I felt this in my right hip flexor in the leg lifts (had a hip labral tear repair in 2015) and I am still recovering. I can't wait to do this daily and sharing with my clients.
@@chairfitcampTHANK YOU .. I was doing great after PT in 2015, then 2016 started having leg cramping issues almost daily... sometimes in Yoga I would have to stop because my hip would cramp... I have nerve damage from my calf, ankle & left inside foot and big toe.. numb, tingling etc. I was miss-diagnosed from 2012 to 2015 that I had Sciatica pain when it was a tear all along. I found someone on CZcams who shared some IT band stretches and they are really helping... I have very little cramping at night but once every few weeks maybe, its been like 4 months I do them before bedtime... the other day I had a party and did A LOT of up and down stairs and was up all night with leg cramps.. ugh... I am 58 and doing everything to stay active. Thank you.. our Yoga instructor share your video today thats how I found you.
